dc.description.abstractEsta monografía refiere el modelo de gestión de mantenimiento enfatizada en la metodología RCM mantenimiento centrado en confiabilidad con una planeación organizada que comprende el desarrollo de un mantenimiento con estándares, procedimientos, normas, instructivos y rutinas que garanticen la mantenibilidad, disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos. La propuesta de aplicación de RCM a los sistemas de protección catódica del terminal marítimo pozos colorados, inicia con la creación o implementación de un plan de mantenimiento para 6 equipos de protección catódica ya que estos son de gran importancia en lo que respecta a la conservación y mantenibilidad de los activos de la VIT de Ecopetrol, teniendo en cuenta esto, se estableció realizar el modelo de aplicación de RCM y de esta forma tener una base sólida y estricta para la intervención oportuna de los equipos. Obteniendo los resultados de RCM se posibilitará incluir toda esta información arrojada en un CMMS, el cual será susceptible a modificaciones cada vez que se presente una falla, por Ejemplo: si se presenta una falla y esta es conocida solo se revisara el RCM para el respectivo equipo, si esta no es conocida se debe realizar el análisis de falla, para de esta forma establecer el modo de falla y retroalimentar el RCM del(os) equipo(s). La realización de esta metodología brinda gran ventaja ya que permite relacionar la implementación de RCM con el sistema de información, mejorando, enriqueciendo y facilitando las tareas de mantenimiento, garantizando que estas sean ejecutadas con las mejores estrategias para de esta forma reducir tiempo perdido por fallas y disminuir las pérdidas por producción, efectuando finalmente un gran aporte al sostenimiento de la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis monograph refers the management model of maintenance emphasized methodology RCM maintenance focused on reliability with an organized planning that includes the development of maintenance standards, procedures, norms, instructions and routines that ensure maintainability, availability, and reliability of the equipment. The proposal of application of RCM to cathodic protection of the maritime terminal systems Pozos Colorados, begins with the creation or implementation of a maintenance plan for 6 teams of cathodic protection since these are of great importance in regards to conservation and maintainability of the assets of the VIT of Ecopetrol, considering this, was established to carry out the model of application of RCM and thus have a sound and strict basis for the timely intervention of the teams. Obtaining the results of RCM is enable to include this information thrown in a CMMS, which will be susceptible to modification whenever occurs a failure, for example: If a failure occurs and this is known only review the RCM for the respective equipment, if this is not known failure analysis, must be to thus set the mode of failure and feedback the RCM of the (s) team (s). The realization of this methodology provides great advantage since it allows to relate the RCM with the information system implementation, improving, enriching and facilitating maintenance, ensuring that these are executed with the best strategies thus reducing time lost for failure to reduce losses by production, finally making a great contribution to the sustainability of the company.
