dc.description.abstractCuando se desarrollan diferentes proyectos por parte de las entidades públicas, se busca que estos proyectos se ejecuten de la mejor manera, desde su formulación hasta su construcción. Por tal motivo es necesario implementar una metodología acorde a los requisitos y/o normas requeridas. Esta metodología varía según el proyecto u obra que se piense realizar, pero en general se inicia con la visita técnica al lugar donde se proyectará o construirá, para así conocer las condiciones del terreno, hacer su georreferenciación y a su vez el informe técnico respectivo. Luego de la formulación del proyecto y realización de los diferentes diseños (arquitectónico, eléctrico, hidrosanitario, estructural, entre otros), el diseño del presupuesto es la parte final, antes de presentar el proyecto a las entidades encargadas para la ejecución y aprobación, por lo que tener una buena base de datos de los precios de los insumos, herramienta, equipos, mano de obra, es de vital importancia; además para realizar los diferentes análisis de precios unitarios de los ítems del proyecto, buscando el óptimo diseño del presupuesto. Una vez realizado todos los diseños, se elaboran las especificaciones técnicas de acuerdo a los APU. En este documento se busca dejar constatado la metodología de la formulación de proyectos por parte de la Secretaria de Infraestructura de la Alcaldía de Piedecuesta esta información involucra específicamente los presupuestos, especificaciones técnicas, visitas técnicas, siendo esto el manejo de documentación contractual, técnica y presupuestal.
dc.description.abstractenglishWhen different projects are developed by the public entities, it is sought that these projects executed in the best way, from its formulation to its construction. For this reason it is necessary to implement a methodology according to the requirements and / or standards required. This methodology varies according to the project or work that is intended to be carried out, but in general it starts with the technical visit to the place where it will be projected or constructed, so as to know the conditions of the terrain, to do its geo-referencing and the respective technical report. After the formulation of the project and realization of the different designs (architectural, electrical, hydrosanitary, structural, among others), the design of the budget is the final part, before presenting the project to the entities responsible for the execution and Approval, so that having a good database of the prices of inputs, tools, equipment and labor, is of vital importance. In addition to performing the different unit price analyzes of the project items, looking for the optimal budget design. Once all the designs have been made, the technical specifications are elaborated according to the APU. This document seeks to record the methodology of the formulation of projects by the Secretariat of Infrastructure of the Mayor's Office of Piedecuesta this information specifically involves budgets, technical specifications, technical visits, and the management of contractual, technical and budget documentation.
