dc.description.abstractLos zumos es una bebida obtenida de la extracción a presión, que permite cambiar el estado de la materia a líquido y que da origen a una bebida compuesta de frutas, verduras, hortalizas, hierbas aromáticas y legumbres. En el mismo sentido, sin la adición de ningún líquido, libres de preservantes, colorantes y sabores artificiales. Una bebida altamente nutricional inexistente en el mercado hasta la fecha. El presente documento tiene como propósito estudiar la factibilidad para crear una empresa productora de zumos o concentrados líquidos, con la cual se busca una ventaja competitiva con una propuesta diferenciadora altamente saludable a la población de Bucaramanga. Es importante destacar la oportunidad para impactar en el mercado, con el desarrollo de una cadena de valor para cada uno de los agentes que compone el proyecto en estudio y con el fin de lograr un óptimo bienestar económico y social, a través de la producción y comercialización de productos con etiquetas limpias. Teniendo en cuenta los estudios realizados, se determina una aceptación del proyecto de un 44,66% sobre la población objetivo, los cuales son hombres y mujeres de 18 a 54 años de edad de la ciudad de Bucaramanga. El tamaño del proyecto está determinado como una microempresa, generadora de 4 puestos de trabajo directos, TIR 42,22% esta tasa es la rentabilidad que ofrece inversión del proyecto y un VPN 82.046.873, el valor presente Neto es positivo, por tanto, el proyecto es rentable para los inversionistas.

It is important to highlight the opportunity to impact the market, with the development of a value chain for each of the agents that make up the project under study and in order to achieve optimum economic and social well-being, through the production and marketing of products with clean labels. Taking into account the studies carried out, an acceptance of the project of 44.66% is determined over the target population, which are men and women from 18 to 54 years of age from the city of Bucaramanga.
