Propuesta metodológica para la evaluación de condiciones sostenibles de edificaciones de carácter patrimonial

dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad existe un fuerte interés por la aplicación de criterios y procesos que conduzcan a la sostenibilidad de construcciones nuevas y existentes. Sin embargo, a las edificaciones catalogadas como bien de interés patrimonial (BIP) no se les aplican esos criterios al momento de realizar su reforzamiento estructural o reforma arquitectónica, siendo estas edificaciones tan importantes por su aporte a la cultura en historia de la sociedad. La aplicación indiscriminada de criterios de sostenibilidad en las intervenciones a estas edificaciones puede desencadenar en detrimento de su calidad y valor patrimonial. Teniendo en cuenta los sistemas de acreditación internacional LEED y BREEAM, normalmente aplicados a construcciones nuevas en las distintas etapas de proyecto (Diseño, proceso constructivo y vida útil), se presenta en este trabajo una adaptación de los criterios de sostenibilidad a construcciones patrimoniales y se propone una metodología guía que permita su implementación, teniendo en cuenta las singularidades de estas construcciones, sin entrar en deterioro de sus elementos. El artículo proporciona una revisión de la literatura en cuanto a lineamientos sostenibles en edificaciones históricas, leyes y decretos que procuran la protección de los bienes de interés cultural, y a partir del análisis de esta, se proponen los criterios generales de sostenibilidad en estructura tradicional que se puedan aplicar teniendo en cuenta las condiciones del entorno colombiano.
dc.description.abstractenglishAt present a strong interest exists for the application of criteria and processes that they lead to the sustainability of new and existing constructions. Nevertheless, to the buildings catalogued as good of patrimonial interest (BIP) these criteria are not applied to them to the moment to realize its structural reinforcement or architectural reform, being these so important buildings for its contribution to the culture in history of the company. The indiscriminate application of criteria of sustainability in the interventions to these buildings can unleash to the detriment of his quality and patrimonial value. Bearing in mind the systems of international accreditation READ and BREEAM normally applied to new constructions in the different stages of project (Design, constructive process and useful life), appears in this work an adjustment of the criteria of sustainability to patrimonial constructions and proposes one guide methodology that allows its implementation, having in it counts the singularities of these constructions, without entering deterioration of its elements. The article provides a review of the literature as for sustainable limits in historical buildings, laws and decrees that try the protection of the goods of cultural interest, and from the analysis of this one, they propose the general criteria of sustainability in traditional structure that could be applied bearing in mind the conditions of the Colombian environment.
