dc.description.abstractCOLOMBIANA DE ENCOMIENDAS ENCO EXPRES S.A. — BUCARAMANGA enla búsqueda de lograr entrar en altos niveles de competitividad en este mercadoexigente tiene como objetivo principal aumentar la satisfacción del cliente yConsolidarse como empresa líder en el manejo, transporte y distribución demercancías con cobertura nacional e internacional, para ello se desarrollo elproyecto de Diseño, documentación e implementación del sistema de gestión decalidad según la Norma NTC-ISO 9001:2008 buscado mejorar la realización de losprocesos. Se realizo un diagnostico inicial en donde se estudiaron los numerales de laNorma ISO 9001: 2008 con los que debe cumplir ENCO EXPRES S.A., en suproceso de implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad esto como punto departida para el desarrollo del sistema. Se diseño, documento y posteriormente laimplementación del SGC, por medio de jornadas de capacitación al personalvinculado en los procesos de la empresa, una ves puesto en marcha se procedió arealizar dos auditorias internas las cuales generaron hallazgos los cuales fueronanalizados en los respectivos planes de mejoras buscando la raíz de problema ydándole solución Gracias a las mediciones de los indicadores implementados y los resultados de lasauditorias, se realiza conclusiones y recomendaciones por el autor del proyecto lascuales nos permiten ver los logros obtenidos y las medidas que se deben adoptarpara el mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de calidad Por ultimo incentivamos dentro de la organización la realización de auditoriasinternas periódicas con el fin de realizar mediciones del estado del sistema degestión de calidad Con la realización de este proyecto se pudo evidenciar el mejoramiento en todoslos procesos siendo para el autor un gran orgullo por poder aportar con suconocimiento al desarrollo de esta empresa y del país
dc.description.abstractenglishCOLOMBIAN ENCO PARCEL EXPRESS SA - BUCARAMANGA in the search forgaining entrance to high levels of competitiveness in this demanding market isprimarily aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and consolidate itself as aleader in the handling, transport and distribution of goods in domestic andinternational coverage, this will develop the project design, documentation andimplementation of quality management system according to standard NTC-ISO9001:2008 seeking to improve’ the performance’ of processes.Initial diagnosis was performed in which the numerals were studied of the standardISO 9001: 2008 must comply with ENCO EXPRES SA, in the process ofimplementing the quality management system, this as a starting point for systemdevelopment. It was designed, documented and lately then the implementation ofthe SGC, through training sessions to staff working in the processes of thecompany, once it was launched, it was proceeded to conduct two internal auditswhich generated findings which were analyzed in the respective improvementplans for the root of the problem and giving solving.Thanks to the measurements of the indicators implemented and the results ofaudits, conclusions and recommendations are made by the author of the projectwhich lets us see the achievements and the steps to be taken to maintain thequality management system. Finally, we encourage the organization in conductingperiodic internal audits in order to make measurements of the state of qualitymanagement system. With the completion of this project, it could show the improvement in all processesbeing for the author to be very proud to be able to contribute with his knowledge tothe development of this company and_- of the — country.
