dc.description.abstractEn la presente monografía se describe una metodología para el planeamiento de la expansión del sistema de distribución de energía eléctrica, utilizando la resolución CREG 070 del año 1998, así como, las proyecciones de demanda de energía eléctrica por UCP (Revisión abril2018) de la UPME. Lo anterior, como medio para el análisis del planeamiento del SDL ubicado en el municipio de Valledupar. Además, la proyección de demanda a diez años, se determina por el cálculo de tasa de crecimiento anual basado en los escenarios de proyección de demanda de la UPME. El planeamiento de la expansión se lleva a cabo tomando el día de mayor demanda del año anterior y, según el incremento de demanda anual se procede a correr flujos de carga aplicados a los años 2018 y 2028. Mediante un software especializado se registró la cargabilidad de los activos del SDL y se verificó si presentó cambios debido al aumento de carga por año en las cabeceras de los circuitos. De igual manera, se verificaron las tensiones en barras para determinar la estabilidad del sistema, como lo indica la resolución CREG 025 del año 1995. El resultado mostró que el sistema en contingencia N1 produce desatención en la demanda en un menor porcentaje en los primeros años, posteriormente la ENS puede llegar a un cien por ciento en el municipio de Valledupar y su zona rural. Finalmente se hace la evaluación de las inversiones conforme a la resolución CREG 015 del año 2018 que requiere el SDL para repotenciar la capacidad de transformación
dc.description.abstractenglishThe monograph describes a methodology for planning the expansion of the electrical energy distribution system projections of demand for electrical energy by UCP (Edition April 2018) of the UPME using the CREG 070 resolution from 1998. The former is a means of analysis of the planning of SDL located in the municipality of Valledupar. Still, the projection of 10year demand is determined by calculating the rate of annual growth based on the projected scenarios of demand from the UPME. The planning of the expansion was done using the previous year's day with the highest demand and using the increments of annual demand proceeded to run currents of charge applied to the years 2018 and 2028. Through the use of specialized software the chargeability of the activities of the SDL was recorded and any changes due to an increase in charge per year at the start of the circuit were verified. In the same way, the levels in bars were verified to determine the stability of the system as indicated by the resolution CREG 025 from the year 1995. The results showed that the system in contingency N1 shows a decrease in demand in a small percentage of the first years, then the ENS can reach one hundred percent in the municipality of Valledupar and its rural area. Finally there is an evaluation of the investments conforming to the resolution CREG 015 from the year 2018 which requires the SDL to repower the tranformation capacity
