dc.description.abstractCon la necesidad de proteger y conservar uno de los recursos más valiosos y vitales, como lo es el recurso hídrico, se da lugar a la creación de sistemas y acciones que logren proteger las fuentes hídricas, por ende, la metodología aislamiento previene la interacción directa del sector agrícola sobre las fuentes hídricas, dando como resultado la mejor opción por costos y efectividad. Por medio de este acompañamiento técnico en conjunto con la empresa Forestal Consultores S.A.S, se logra aplicar dicha metodología, mediante ocho tramos de protección, para cada uno de los municipios de Toledo y Labateca, en las fuentes hídricas presentes y humedales, los cuales son de vital importancia para el sostenimiento del ecosistema presente en la zona y el suministro de gran parte del recurso hídrico. El aislamiento fue de 9950 m longitudinales; para la Universidad Industrial de Santander y la empresa Forestal Consultores S.A.S, el componente social y la posibilidad de tener acercamientos con las comunidades de la zona, daba la opción no solo de practicar las metodología dadas por la UIS en su plan de estudio, sino que también originaba la posibilidad de llegar a tener acuerdos con dichas comunidades, logrando desarrollar y concluir el proyecto en las mejores condiciones; licitado por dicha empresa ante la Secretaria de Agua y Saneamiento Básico del Departamento Norte de Santander. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishAccording to the need to protect and conserve one of the most valuable and vital resources, as the hydric source, the creation of systems and actions that manage to protect hydric sources is created, therefore, the methodology for prior isolation of direct interaction of the agricultural sector on water sources, gives as a result the best option for costs and strategy. Through this technical support together with the Forestry company S.A.S Consultores, it is possible to apply this methodology, through eight sections of protection, for each one of the municipalities of Toledo and Labateca, in the present hydric sources and wetlands, which are of vital importance for the sustainability of the ecosystem present in the area and the supply of much of the hydric resource. The isolation of 9950 longitudinal meters; for the Universidad Industrial de Santander and the Forestry company S.A.S Consultores, the social component and the possibility of having approaches with the communities of the area, giving the option not only to practice the methodologies given by the UIS in its curriculum, but also giving the possibility of reaching agreements with different communities, managing to develop and conclude the project in the best conditions; tendered by the company already named in front of the Water Ministry and Basic Sanitation of the North Department of Santander. 3
