dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de conocer la configuración geológico-estructural del alto de Florencia al este del Macizo de Garzón. se inició con la compilación y digitalización del mapa geológico del área, con ayuda de los software ArcGIS 10 y Global Mapper 13; a partir de dicho mapa se desarrollaron once Secciones Geológicas Balanceadas, con el uso del software Move 2011; secciones en las que se incluyó información de pozos y de datos estructurales de rumbo e inclinación de los estratos; para así durante la etapa final desarrollar un Modelo Geológico en 3D en el que se compiló toda la información obtenida, mostrando la posible disposición de las fallas y demás estructuras geológicas presentes. A partir de lo anterior fue posible concluir que la región analizada está dominada por fallas inversas y de alto ángulo, las cuales buzan al NW, dispuestas predominantemente sobre el Macizo de Garzón hacia el norte y afectando a la secuencia sedimentaria hacia el centro y el sur-oeste del área de trabajo; todas ellas correspondiendo a un régimen compresivo con dirección general NW- SE. ___________
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present study was conducted to know the geological-structural configuration of the Florencia´s Hight to the east of the Garzón´s Massif. it began with the compilation and digitization of the geological map of the area, using the ArcGIS 10 and Global Mapper software; from that map eleven Geological Sections Balanced, using the Move 2011 software were developed; sections in which well information and structural data thumb and inclination of the strata was included; in this way during the final stage, develop a 3D Geological Model in which all information obtained was compiled, showing the results similarly to the true disposition of the faults and others geological present structures. From the above was possible to see that the analyzed region is dominated by inverse and high angle faults, which dip to the NW, disposed predominantly in the Massif Garzón towards the north and affecting the sedimentary sequence toward the center and southwest of the work area; all of them corresponding to a compressive regime generally NW- SE direction. _____________
