dc.description.abstractEste proyecto está enfocado en la prestación del servicio de alojamiento, cuidado, compañía y seguimiento al adulto mayor para la población de los estratos 3, 4 y 5 de la ciudad de Barrancabermeja, cuya gestión es la de vincular hacia un nuevo paradigma a los jefes de hogares de la ciudad que quieran brindar bienestar al familiar que tienen a cargo en esta etapa de la vida. Por ello, se realiza una investigación de mercados donde se pudo conocer que actualmente no existen hogares geriátricos a nivel municipal y que los más cercanos se encuentran en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. De igual manera se encuentra el deseo por parte de la población objetivo de tomar este servicio. Una vez analizado el mercado donde no existe oferta local conociendo la demanda del servicio se plantean los requerimientos técnicos, logística, para el funcionamiento del hogar, la organización administrativa, el estudio y análisis financiero que muestra un VPN y una TIR positivas. El servicio a ofrecer hace un gran aporte social ya que busca la tranquilidad del adulto mayor y la persona que lo tiene a cargo. Cabe aclarar, que no genera impacto ambiental negativo pues los efectos hacia el ambiente no son perjudiciales y se disponen de acciones preventivas que lo mitiguen así como el uso de las canecas ecológicas de vaivén buscando el cumplimiento de las normas establecidas para esta clase de actividades comerciales. Es viable desde el punto de vista investigativo, financiero, social y ambiental.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project is focus to offer a lodging service, care, accompany and guide adulthood in the population of Barrancabermeja, who belong to a specific social level 3, 4 and 5. The main objective of this project is to obtain the support of the head of the families of this city that there is a good place that offers wellness to the adulthood in this stage of life. That´s why a benchmarking is realize where the results are that actually there are not nursery homes for the adulthood in the town, only in the big city of Bucaramanga. Also there is a desire of this population to find a nursery home with this service. After making a market research the results are that financially, administrative and the study it shows a positive VPN and TIR. The service to offers brings a big social benefit because it looks for the harmony and tranquility to the adulthood and also for the person who is taking care of him. It is good to mention, that this projects does not generate a bad environmental impact because the impact toward the environment are not harmful and there are some preventive actions that minimize, also the use of ecological cans. It is also possible in an investigative way, financial, social and environmental.
