dc.description.abstractEsta monografía es un estudio de la incidencia de la variación de las principales variables que intervienen al momento de predimensionar la cantidad de muros ortogonales en edificaciones con sistema estructural portante de muros en concreto reforzado. Con las tablas suministradas en esta monografía, el proyectista arquitectónico, sin el uso de fórmulas y solamente entrando con el área de entrepiso, el numero de pisos y el espesor de los muros tendrá una idea muy aproximada de si la longitud de muros que esta colocando esta o no ajustada desde el punto de vista de la rigidez lateral de la edificación y por consiguiente del cumplimiento de las derivas exigidas a la luz de la Norma Sismo Resistente de 1998 NSR-98.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis monograph is a study of the incidence of the variation of the main variables that intervene in the moment the quantity of traverse walls in constructions with system structural amble of walls reinforced concrete. With the charts given in this monograph, the architectural planner, without the use of formulas and only entering with the floor area, the one numbers of floors and the thickness of the walls will have a very approximate idea of if the longitude of walls that this placing this or not adjusted from the point of view of the lateral rigidity of the construction and consequently of the execution of the drifts demanded by the light of the Normative Resistant Earthquake of 1998 NSR-98.
