dc.description.abstractCon el informe elaborado se analizó la situación técnica de la planta de tratamiento de aguas sanitarias Diapac de la coordinación Ambiental de la GCB y el impacto ambiental generado por su baja confiabilidad e inoperabilidad. A partir de este diagnostico se estructuró un plan de acciones encaminadas a la recuperación y puesta en servicio, integrando los recursos técnicos y humanos disponibles en la refinería con el objetivo de manejar un desarrollo sostenible y cumplir con el compromiso social. Se realizaron las siguientes recomendaciones: Identificar y eliminar los puntos de conexión con los sistemas de aguas lluvias y aceitosas. En épocas de lluvia se verifica un incremento del caudal y presencia de aceite al afluente lo cual hace perder el control fisicoquímico y microbiológico. Establecer los rangos de operación para el correcto control de la operación y cuidado básico de los equipos. Se debe incluir en la ruta de la POCKET la ronda estructurada al igual con el CSI. Aumentar las competencias técnicas del personal de operaciones encargado de su control teniendo como herramienta la capacitación y el coaching. Definir con ATP y planeación, un programa de mantenimiento predictivo de todos los equipos del Diapac. Incluir al Diapac dentro del programa anual de mantenimiento general que se realiza a los separadores. Establecer un programa de muestreo de control de calidad para el afluente y efluente del Diapac.
dc.description.abstractenglishWith the elaborated report the technical situation of the plant of treatment of sanitary waters Diapac of the Environmental coordination of the GCB and the environmental impact generated by its low dependability and inoperabilidad was analyzed. Starting from this I diagnose a plan of actions it was structured guided to the recovery and setting in service, integrating the available technical and human resources in the refinery with the objective of to manage a sustainable development and to fulfill the social commitment. They were carried out the following recommendations: to Identify and to eliminate the connection points with the systems of waters rains and oily. In rain times it is verified an increment of the flow and presence of oil to the tributary that which makes lose the physiochemical control and microbiologic. To establish the operation ranges for the correct control of the operation and basic care of the teams. It should be included in the route of the POCKET the beat structured to the similar with the CSI. The personnel's of operations technical competitions in charge of their control having as tool the training and the coaching to Increase. To Define with ATP and planeación, a program of maintenance predictive of all the teams of the Diapac. To Include the Diapac inside the annual program of general maintenance that is carried out to the separators. To establish a program of sampling of control of quality for the tributary and effluent of the Diapac.
