dc.description.abstract | El presente documento es el desarrollo de un plan de marketing digital para la empresa DECORACIONES GARCÍA cuyo fin es atraer nuevos clientes y mantener la permanencia de los clientes antiguos. Por esta razón se busca modernizar sus canales de ventas e incursionar en el marketing online haciendo notoria su presencia en las redes sociales, tener una moderna, interactiva y creativa website como un plus para posicionar la empresa y crear un mercado de clientes de otros departamentos del país. Para su desarrollo se parte de un análisis interno y externo de la empresa que permite identificar oportunidades, amenazas, fortalezas y debilidades. Además, se realiza el análisis de herramientas web que permitan un mejor posicionamiento de sus productos y le permitan a la alta dirección tomar decisiones referentes a incorporar, mejorar, rediseñar su participación en los entornos digitales. Se proyecta conservar su canal de venta tradicional e incursionar en el mercado online, ya que en los 22 años que lleva la empresa fabricando y comercializando sus productos no ha realizado cambios representativos en sus canales de ventas, ni maneja redes sociales. El plan de marketing online tiene como propósito hacer presencia en redes sociales, fidelizar clientes y a su vez adquirir clientes nuevos realizando acciones para retenerlos y así incrementar los ingresos económicos. | |
