dc.description.abstractLa toma de decisiones por parte de grupos de personas generalmente requiere el análisis del problema, la búsqueda de alternativas, la argumentación sobre los costos y beneficios de dichas alternativas, y finalmente la resolución mediante la alternativa elegida. Si bien es posible que este proceso se lleve a cabo, la mayoría de las veces no se registra el raciocinio que fundamenta la toma de estas decisiones. La ausencia de este registro hace que problemas similares se resuelvan una y otra vez desde el inicio, desperdiciando el conocimiento generado en el proceso. La administración de la fundamentación es el proceso mediante el cual se gestiona el conocimiento derivado de un proceso de toma de decisiones, permitiendo llevar un registro documentado de todos los elementos involucrados. La gestión de cada uno de los elementos que intervienen en la toma de decisiones incluye su recolección, procesamiento y almacenamiento, para así tener una base de conocimiento y poder en un futuro saber las razones que motivaron a escoger una alternativa sobre las otras que fueron planteadas en su momento, y es por esto que se hace necesaria una herramienta que apoye a las personas en estas labores, permitiendo la captura y el procesamiento de la información necesaria para llegar a la solución más beneficiosa para cada problema. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishDecision-making by groups of people requires analysis of the problem, the search for alternatives, argumentation about the costs and benefits of alternative options, and finally resolution through the chosen alternative. While it is possible that this process is carried out, most of the time the rationale behind these decisions is not recorded. The absence of this registry makes similar problems resolved over and over again from the beginning, wasting the knowledge generated in the process. The administration of the foundation is the process in which the knowledge derived from a decision-making process is stored, allowing a documented record of all the elements involved. The management of each of the elements involved in decision making includes its collection, processing and storage, so as to have a knowledge base and power in the future to know the reasons that motivated to choose an alternative over the others that were raised At the time, and is why it makes necessary a tool that supports people in these jobs, allowing the capture and processing of the information necessary to reach the most beneficial solution for each problem. 3
