dc.description.abstractLa grave problemática de movilidad en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, ha impulsado la búsqueda de soluciones viables a esta situación. Por esa razón, se formula la ejecución del proyecto desarrollado a continuación que pretende dar un diagnóstico operativo que tenga una cercanía considerablemente alta a la realidad, de las rutas alimentadoras AP1, AP2, AP3, AP5, AP7, AP12 del sistema integral de transporte masivo (SITM) del Área metropolitana de Bucaramanga. Para comenzar con el desarrollo de esta propuesta se empleó el método de fiascenso y descenso de pasajerosfl, método avalado, recomendado y utilizado en este tipo de investigación, que consiste en realizar la toma de muestras en un día tipo y durante un intervalo amplio de tiempo en dicho día, para todas las rutas a analizar. Esto con el fin de definir los atributos y características de cada una de las rutas en análisis y, con mencionados atributos obtenidos, evidenciar la eficiencia que esta medida por el IPK (Índice de pasajeros por kilómetro) y el desempeño que está atado a la velocidad operacional y la velocidad real, para encontrar las falencias administrativas, operativas y económicas del sistema, y de esta manera hacer el respectivo diagnóstico general de las citadas rutas alimentadoras.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe serious problem of mobility in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga has driven the search for viable solutions to this situation. For that reason, the formula of the execution of the project was developed so that it has an operative diagnosis that has a high proximity to the reality, of the routes of feeding AP1, AP2, AP3, AP5, AP7, and AP12 of the integral system of massive transport (SITM) of the metropolitan area ofBucaramanga. To begin with, the development of this proposal, the method of "passenger ascent and descent" was used, the endorsed method, used and used in this type of investigation, which consists in taking samples in one day and during a wide interval of time. Time on that day, for all the routes to analyze. This in order to define the attributes and characteristics of each of the routes under analysis and, based on the normal, show the efficiency that is measured by the IPK (Passenger Index per kilometer) and the performance that is tied to the operational speed and the real speed, to find the administrative, operative and economic functions of the system, and in this way to make the general diagnostic respect of the routes feeder routes
