dc.description.abstractEsta tesis busca encontrar la estructura del nasciturus y sus características desde la estructura humana plenamente desarrollada mediante la ciencia filosófica, con la fenomenología de Edith Stein, mujer de raza judía, víctima del holocausto y autora de numerosas obras, entre ellas la Estructura de la Persona Humana. La fenomenología busca la esencia de las cosas mismas mediante la observación directa sin previas teorías. Conociendo estos hallazgos de Stein en la persona humana en plenitud y describiendo la estructura del nasciturus en una forma deductiva como lo hace ella, se pretende mediante la luz de otras ciencias, demostrar que el nasciturus es sujeto de derechos, es persona desde el momento de la concepción. Además, pretendo mostrar la necesidad de nuestra cultura actual, superficial, globalizada, utilitaria, dominada por la violencia y lo material, y carente de conocimiento sobre la persona humana y su verdadera trascendencia. Una cultura que requiere del conocimiento de quienes somos en verdad, en nuestra esencia desde niños, jóvenes y adultos, sensibilizando a nuestros padres, familias, docentes, cuidadores, comunidades, personal de salud y legisladores para proveerlos de herramientas que les permitan capacitarse para educar, normar ajustándose a la esencia humana con conocimiento cabal de quienes somos en realidad, en carácter integral con nuestras tres dimensiones: cuerpo, psiquismo, y espíritu (inteligencia, razón, voluntad y libertad). La educación antropológica es necesaria para lograr una cultura que retome su dignidad, donde la humanidad, admire, y se asombre ante sí mismos y en este caso ante el nasciturus. Una Cultura progresista, trascendente, llena de valores que permita buscar soluciones ante los conflictos originados por nuestra ignorancia, egoísmo, libertinaje y superficialidad que nos lleva a la falsa creencia de que la violencia es la solución de los problemas. Para así abanderar una cultura constructiva, plena de respeto y libertad, con conocimiento de los derechos humanos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis thesis attempts to find the structure of the nasciturus and its characteristics from the structure of a fully developed human, through philosophical science along the phenomenology of Edith Stein. A Jewish woman victim of the Holocaust, Stein is author of numerous works, including the Structure of the Human Person. Phenomenology seeks the essence of things themselves through direct observation without prior theories. Knowing these findings of Stein on the human person in fullness and describing the structure of the nasciturus deductively as she does, I intend, through the light of other sciences, to demonstrate that the nasciturus is a subject of rights, and it is a person from the moment of its conception. Additionally, I intend to show the need of our current culture, which is superficial, globalized, utilitarian, prevailed by violence and the material, and lacking of knowledge about the human person and its true transcendence. A culture which requires knowledge on whom we really are in our essence from children, youth, and adults, making aware our parents, families, teachers, caregivers, communities, health personnel, and legislators so that they have tools that allow them to train, educate, regulate by adjusting to the human essence with thorough knowledge of whom we really are, in integral character with our three dimensions: body, psyche, and spirit (intelligence, reason, will, and freedom). Anthropological education is necessary to achieve a culture that regains its dignity, humanity, admires, and is amazed at themselves and in this case, at the nasciturus. Progressive, transcendent culture, full of values that allows us to seek solutions to conflicts caused by our ignorance, selfishness, debauchery, and superficiality that leads us to the false belief that violence is the solution to problems. That a constructive culture be promoted, full of respect and free, with knowledge of human rights.
