dc.description.abstract	La presente práctica social expone una propuesta de acompañamiento integral para madres gestantes en situación de vulnerabilidad, con el propósito de contribuir al desarrollo saludable de madre-hijo desde una perspectiva preventiva y psicosocial. La iniciativa se enmarca en el contexto de la Fundación Colombo Alemana Volver a Sonreír y se desarrolla en tres fases: un análisis situacional, la identificación de necesidades específicas y la formulación de lineamientos de estimulación temprana desde la gestación. Se reconoce que el bienestar emocional, físico y social de la madre influye directamente en el desarrollo del neonato. Desde un enfoque interdisciplinario, el Trabajo Social aporta a la comprensión del entorno y a la articulación de estrategias de acompañamiento que respondan a las condiciones reales de las familias, fortaleciendo así los procesos de atención integral en la primera infancia.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This social practice presents a proposal for comprehensive support for pregnant women in vulnerable situations, aiming to contribute to the healthy development of both mother and child from a preventive and psychosocial perspective. The initiative is framed within the context of the Fundación Colombo Alemana Volver a Sonreír and is structured in three phases: a situational analysis, the identification of specific needs, and the formulation of early stimulation guidelines starting from gestation. It is recognized that the emotional, physical, and social well-being of the mother directly influences the development of the newborn. From an interdisciplinary approach, Social Work contributes to understanding the context and to articulating support strategies that respond to the real conditions of families, thereby strengthening comprehensive early childhood care processes.
