dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se busca comprender, analizar y explorar la incidencia positiva o negativa fruto de la experiencia que genera el intercambio académico internacional en la formación integral de los participantes de la Universidad Industrial de Santander en el periodo 2014 2018, con el objetivo de identificar los tópicos relevantes de formación integral y cuál de ellos influye en mayor medida. Para este fin, se usa análisis univariado y multivariado el cual incluye análisis factorial con el método de componentes principales y análisis de agrupamiento, los cuales facilitan la extracción, relación y conformación de grupos homogéneos entre las variables estudiadas, además se realiza análisis cualitativo para la interpretación de preguntas abiertas por medio de la minería de texto. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se realiza una revisión bibliográfica basada en trabajos similares a la temática planteada, para examinar cómo han abordado este problema a nivel nacional e internacional para adoptar metodologías de investigación y lograr establecer el desarrollo del instrumento de medición. La estructura de la encuesta permite obtener la información de los participantes acerca de sus datos generales, aspectos relevantes de su formación integral y la satisfacción con el programa de movilidad académica. De esta manera y haciendo uso de una herramienta estadística a fin de abordar lo que fue la investigación de campo, se determina que esta experiencia transforma positivamente y genera un punto de inflexión en la vida de los participantes enmarcando un antes y un después de esta experiencia, con miras a la contribución del mejoramiento de la calidad de vida y caracterizándolos por ser una persona íntegra con proyección de futuro tanto para su vida personal como profesional.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research to understand, analyze and explore the positive or negative incidence resulting from the experience generated by the international academic exchange in the integral training of the participants of the Industrial University of Santander in the period 2014 2018, with the objective of identify the relevant topics of integral training and which of them influences to a greater extent. For this purpose, univariate and multivariate analysis is used which includes factor analysis with the method of main components and cluster analysis, which facilitate the extraction, relationship and conformation of homogeneous groups between the variables studied, in addition qualitative analysis is performed for the interpretation of open questions through text mining. For the development of this project, a bibliographic review is carried out based on works similar to the proposed theme, to examine how they have investigated this problem at national and international level to adopt research methodologies and establish the development of the measuring instrument. The structure of the survey allows participants to obtain information about their general data, relevant aspects of their integral training and satisfaction with the academic mobility program. In this way and using a statiexperience transforms in positive way and generates a turning point in the lives of the participants becoming they life in a before and after because of the experience, with a view to contributing to the improvement of the quality of life and characterizing them as being an integral person with a projection of the future for both their personal and professional lives.
