dc.description.abstractEste proyecto de grado tiene como finalidad determinar la factibilidad de crear una empresa prestadora de servicios domésticos temporales, en el municipio de Lebrija, que beneficie el desarrollo personal y profesional de sus autores, ofreciendo a todos sus clientes un servicio de alta calidad, con personal capacitado y que brinde confianza y seguridad. Teniendo como uno de sus objetivos que la empresa se convierta en una fuente generadora de empleo y contribuya al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida del municipio. Para este caso, se tomó como mercado objetivo los hogares de los del municipio de Lebrija, conociendo el mercado por medio de una encuesta aleatoria a una muestra poblacional determinada para obtener un resultado, información que junto con otras herramientas sirven de base para la elaboración de los demás estudios necesarios para determinar la puesta en marcha de esta idea. Existe un mercado viable para el funcionamiento y desarrollo de la empresa, por una parte, el 46 % de las personas encuestadas contratan actualmente la prestación de servicio doméstico para sus hogares, y de ellos el 86% están dispuestos a contratar este servicio por medio de una nueva empresa temporal, estableciendo una capacidad instalada de 18.600 servicios de limpieza y determinando una inversión de $141.025.312 distribuida entre inversión fija, inversión diferida y capital de trabajo. Con este proyecto se busca impulsar la actividad económica y social del municipio, se pretende cubrir la demanda insatisfecha existente contando con participación en el mercado y el recurso humano calificado para la realización de las labores y haciendo cada proceso bajo los requerimientos establecidos por la ley.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this degree project is to determine the feasibility of creating a company that provides temporary domestic services, in the municipality of Lebrija, that benefits the personal and professional development of its authors, offering all its clients a high quality service, with personal trained and that provides confidence and security. Having as one of its objectives that the company becomes a source of employment and contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of the municipality. For this case, the households of the municipality of Lebrija were taken as the target market, knowing the market through a random survey of a determined population sample to obtain a result, information that, together with other tools, serves as the basis for the elaboration of the other studies necessary to determine the implementation of this idea. There is a viable market for the operation and development of the company, on the one hand, 46% of the people surveyed currently contract the provision of domestic service for their homes, and of these 86% are willing to contract this service through a new temporary company, providing an installed capacity of 18,600 cleaning services and determining an investment of $141,025,312 distributed between fixed investment, deferred investment and working capital. This project seeks to promote the economic and social activity of the municipality, it is intended to cover the existing unsatisfied demand with participation in the market and qualified human resources to carry out the work and carrying out each process under the requirements established by law.
