dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo de investigación se adelanta un estudio en torno a la violación del derecho a la vida, en la novela de la dictadura: ¿Te dio miedo la sangre?, partiendo de la lectura de Derecho de Muerte y Poder Sobre la Vida de Michel Foucault, así como el artículo tercero de la carta magna de los derechos humanos. Para tal propósito, el texto se divide en dos capítulos; a saber, en el primer capítulo se versará sobre el nacimiento de los Derechos Humanos y su beneficio para la humanidad. Seguido, se esbozará el derecho a la vida y cómo el poder y el saber en manos del hombre y administrados de mala manera, afecta el artículo tercero de los derechos humanos; además, abordaremos el derecho a la vida de los animales y vegetales. El segundo capítulo estará dedicado a la violación del derecho a la vida, en cada uno de los personajes afectados en la novela: ¿Te dio miedo la sangre? De Sergio Ramírez. Allí, se expondrán, los medios por los cuales se atenta o se viola ese derecho en cabeza de un gobierno tirano y opresor. Así que estarán implícitos: la muerte no natural de los personajes y la violación del derecho a la vida animal y vegetal. No obstante, el análisis que se realiza en el capítulo, pretende rastrear cómo en cada uno de los síntomas mencionados, el poder y el saber, manipulados de forma incorrecta por el hombre intentan mancillar y erradicar el derecho que por naturaleza le pertenece a todo ser vivo, el derecho a la vida.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research comes on a study about the violation of the right to life in the novel of the dictatorship: ¿Were you afraid of blood?, based on reading Law of Death and Power Over Life of Michel Foucault, and the third article of the charter of human rights. For this purpose, the text is divided into two chapters, namely, in the first chapter will focus on the birth of the Human Rights and its benefit to mankind. Then, we outline the right to life and how power and knowledge in the hands of man and badly managed, it affects the third article of human rights also address the right to life of animals and plants. And the second chapter is devoted to the violation of the right to life, in each of the affected characters in the novel: ¿Were you afraid of blood? of Sergio Ramírez. There will be exposed, the means by which careful that right is violated or the head of a tyrannical and oppressive government. So it will be implicit: death unnatural character and violation of the right to plant and animal life. However, the analysis made in chapter seeks to trace how each of the above symptoms, the power and knowledge, mistreated by humans try and eradicate the right to sully that by nature belongs to every live, the right to life.
