dc.description.abstractPara las E.S.E. (Empresas Sociales del Estado u Hospital), de la región, se convierte en una gran oportunidad para fortalecer el área Administrativa y Operativa, ante la necesidad de Sistematizar y tecnificar el servicio de Facturación Hospitalaria; Servicio que garantiza la sostenibilidad de cada entidad. Es por ello que una de las finalidades fundamentales que hoy día se persigue en la generalidad de los países es mejorar el sistema de salud, tanto en la calidad de sus prestaciones, como en la eficiencia y el grado de aprovechamiento de sus recursos. independientes de diferentes ramas de la salud hoy en Colombia es una necesidad imperante para sobrevivir en el mercado imperfecto vigente en el sector. El no preparar a los colaboradores para tener información de la organización hará que cada minuto estemos perdiendo dinero, porque los usuarios utilizan los servicios las 24 Esto contrasta con la escasez de una empresa que brinde este servicio, llevando esto a presentarse una demanda insatisfecha. Es por esta razón que la idea principal del presente documento es demostrar la factibilidad de la creación de una empresa de servicios de Facturación Hospitalaria en el municipio Barboseño. Por último se logró establecer que es viable desde el punto de vista social y ambiental, ya que contribuye con el desarrollo social en la generación de empleos y es benévolo con el ambiente, puesto que presenta planes de mitigación para todos los factores nocivos que puedan atentar al ambiente.

(State Social Enterprises or Hospital), the region becomes a great opportunity to strengthen the Administrative and Operational area, given the need to systematize and mechanize the Hospital billing service, service that guarantees the sustainability of each entity. That is why one of the fundamental goals pursued nowadays in most of the countries is to improve the health system, both in the quality of their services, such as efficiency and the degree of utilization of resources. "The turnover of ESCOs, clinics and independent professionals of different branches of health in Colombia today is a pressing need to survive in the current imperfect market in the sector. Failure to prepare employees to have information about the organization will make every minute we are losing money because people use the services 24 hours a day when we pay services " This contrasts with the lack of a company that offers this service, thus leading to an unmet demand occur. It is for this reason that the main idea of this paper is to demonstrate the feasibility of creating a billing services company Barboseño Hospital in the municipality. Finally it was established that is viable, socially and environmentally, as it contributes to social development in generating jobs and is kind to the environment, because of its mitigation plans for all adverse factors that may threaten to the environment.
