dc.description.abstractLa Dirección de Admisiones y Registro Académico de la Universidad Industrial de Santander es una dependencia de la Vicerrectoría Académica que tiene a su cargo los procesos de admisión, matrícula y registro académico de los estudiantes. En estos procesos se ha evidenciado la necesidad de un acompañamiento jurídico en la interpretación y aplicación de la normatividad interna y nacional que rigen los mismos. Por las razones anteriores, el objetivo principal de este trabajo de grado en la modalidad de práctica jurídica social consistió en un acompañamiento jurídico con el fin de fortalecer la gestión administrativa de la Dirección de Admisiones y Registro Académico, con un énfasis en la protección de datos personales. Para el desarrollo del énfasis de la práctica, se analizó el marco normativo de la protección de datos personales, documentos y procedimientos de la Dirección de Admisiones y Registro Académico, verificando que estos últimos estuvieran acordes a las obligaciones legales derivadas de tal marco normativo. También se propuso modificaciones, se proyectó la documentación acorde a las misma, y se fortaleció el tema entre sus funcionarios.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe direction of admissions and academy records of the industrial university of Santander is a dependency of the vice-rectory academy that it has in charge of the process of admission, enrollment and academy records of the students. In this process it has evidenced the necessity of the juridical support on the interpretation and application of the internal normativity and national that rule themselves. For the same previous reasons, the principal target of this Bachelor degree work on the social juridical practice mode consisted on a juridical accompaniment with the purpose of strengthen the administration management of the direction of admissions and academic records, with an emphasis on the protection of personal data. For the development emphasising on the practice, we analyse the legal framework of the protection of personal data, documentation and procedures of the direction of admissions and academy records, verifying that the last ones would be according with the legal obligations derived from such a legal framework. Modifications were also proposed, the documentation was projected according with the same, and the topic was strengthened among its officials.
