dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta investigación es mostrar que la valoración cultura del hombre estableció un rechazo hacia el objeto técnico, debido a la costumbre histórica con que nos relacionamos con aquel, como una máquina mecánica y calculadora. Producto de ello, se comprenden a todos los objetos técnicos desde un horizonte de incomprensión e indife-rencia, incluidos los que hoy conocemos como objetos virtuales. Debido a la incompren-sión actual de la naturaleza de la virtualidad, se examinará en la primera sección los sentidos en que se entiende virtual desde aquella relación inmediata con el fenómeno computacional y el sentido común colectivo del término. Enseguida, se aclarará la situación del objeto técnico digital respecto a su carácter indeterminado en la cultura del hombre, planteando las dos actitudes que tiene el hombre hacia el objeto técnico: una de optimismo y otra de desprecio por aquel. Siendo esta última la que encargada de infundir las ideas de automatismo y artificial como valoraciones negativas en el fenómeno computacional. De modo que, para finalizar, observaremos cómo aquella actitud reaccionaria tiene repercusiones sociales prácticas en los sistemas jurídicos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe aim of this research is to show that the cultural valuation of man established a rejection towards the technical object, due to the historical custom with which we relate to it, as a mechanical and calculating machine. As a result, all technical objects are understood from a horizon of incomprehension and indifference, including those we know today as virtual objects. Due to the current incomprehension of the nature of virtuality, the first section will examine the senses in which virtual is understood from that immediate relationship with the computational phenomenon and the collective common sense of the term. Next, the situation of the digital technical object will be clarified regarding its indeterminate character in the culture of man, posing the two attitudes that man has towards the technical object: one of optimism and another of contempt for that. The latter being in charge of infusing the ideas of automatism and artificial as negative valuations in the computational phenomenon. So, to conclude, we will see how that reactionary attitude has practical social repercussions in legal systems.
