dc.description.abstractEl texto presenta una lectura de la novela El Castillo del escritor Franz Kafka a la luz de las nociones de poder y sociedad disciplinaria expuestas por el filósofo francés Michel Foucault. Así, la pregunta-problema que guía el trabajo indaga ¿De qué manera la obra El Castillo de Franz Kafka expone en el discurso literario elementos de las disertaciones filosóficas foucaultianas sobre la noción de poder y la configuración de la sociedad disciplinaria? Por tanto, en un primer momento se abordan los dos conceptos que constituyen el fundamento teórico del trabajo. Acto seguido, se tratan aspectos relacionados a la novela y se describe en términos amplios el contexto en qué surge y su hilo narrativo. Por último, se conjuga el análisis de la novela en clave de los postulados de Foucault y se resalta la importancia del vínculo que guarda la obra literaria de Kafka con las reflexiones de carácter filosófico. Las letras escritas por Kafka exponen la imposibilidad de los sujetos frente a lo exterior, esto se evidencia en El Castillo donde el personaje principal de la obra pretende romper con una delimitación espacial y simbólica que impide acceder a las autoridades que gobiernan el pueblo. Así, las nociones acuñadas por Foucault articulan el análisis de la novela El Castillo que aquí se presenta.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe text presents a reading of the novel The Castle, written by Franz Kafka and analized through the power and disciplinary society concepts expounded by the French philosopher Michel Foucault. Thus, the question-problem that guides the work explores how Franz Kafkas The Castle exposes in the literary discourse elements of Foucaultias philosophical dissertations on the notion of power and the configuration of the disciplinary society. Therefore, at first, the two concepts that constitute the theoretical foundation of the work are addressed. Next, aspects related to the novel are dealt with and the context in which it arises and its narrative thread is described in broad terms. Finally, the analysis of the novel is combined with Foucauls postulates and the importance of the link between Kafks literary work and philosophical reflections is highlighted. The lyrics written by Kafka expose the impossibility of the subjects in front of the outside, this is evidenced in The Castle where the main character of the work tries to break with a spatial and symbolic delimitation that prevents access to the authorities that govern the town. Thus, the notions coined by Foucault articulate the analysis of the novel The Castle that is presented here.
