dc.description.abstractAnte el reto que significó la firma del Acuerdo de Paz entre el Gobierno de Colombia y las FARC-EP surge el programa Manos a la paz, una iniciativa del PNUD y la Alta Consejería para el Posconflicto, Derechos Humanos y seguridad. Este programa permite que estudiantes universitarios realicen sus prácticas o pasantías profesionales en territorios históricamente abandonados por el Estado colombiano, que fueron afectados por el conflicto armado. Esta práctica jurídica-social se desarrolló en el primer semestre del 2017, bajo los parámetros del - PNUD en el municipio de Jamundí- Valle del Cauca. El objetivo del proyecto fue fortalecer las capacidades del Departamento del Valle del Cauca en el diseño e implementación de un Modelo de Gestión Territorial para la Convivencia, los Derechos Humanos y la Paz. Consolidando un arreglo institucional y comunitario que prepare la implementación de los acuerdos de Paz y promueva la construcción de estrategias locales de Paz Territorial. Entre las actividades que se llevaron a cabo destacan la creación del Consejo Municipal de paz, muestra de memoria histórica, socialización del modelo de gestión territorial, pedagogía sobre el Acuerdo Final y conmemoración del día nacional de las víctimas.
dc.description.abstractenglishFacing the challenge related to the signing of the peace agreement between the Government of Colombia and the FARC- of the UNDP and the High Council for the Post-conflict, Human Rights and Security. This program allows university students to carry out their internships or professional internships in territories historically abandoned by the Colombian state, which were affected by the armed conflict. This legal-social practice was developed in the first semester of 2017, under the parameters of the management model" alliance of the Government of Valle del Cauca- UNDP in the municipality of Jamundí- Valle del Cauca. The purpose of this project was to strengthen the capacities of the Valle del Cauca department in the design and implementation of a territorial management model for coexistence, human rights and peace. Consolidating an institutional and community arrangement that prepares the implementation of the peace agreements and promotes the construction of local territorial peace strategies. Among the activities carried out highlight the creation of the municipal council of peace, historical memory sample, and socialization of the model of territorial management, pedagogy on the final agreement and commemoration of the national day of the victims.
