dc.description.abstractLa realización de este proyecto se ubicó en la ciudad de Bucaramanga por su amplio crecimiento económico y debido al auge del cuidado de la salud a nivel mundial. Por este cuidado emergen las actividades deportivas y al aire libre, esta idea de proteger su salud de manera proactiva nace con la problemática de los limitantes alimenticios, ya que para mejorar sus rendimientos físicos y enfrentar las actividades que desean, deben consumir bebidas que no están creadas hacia esos consumidores de aventuras y cuidado nutricional como son los energizantes comunes. Por ende, el objetivo es la creación de una bebida alimenticia que aporte vitaminas y ayude a la recuperación de la energía, dando solución a esta necesidad en el mercado. Con el fin de lograr este cometido se lleva a cabo una larga investigación teórica de los componentes, de la viabilidad y factibilidad del proyecto empresarial. Todo esto por medio del análisis del mercado, de los requisitos operativos, financieros, del capital humano y legales, para encontrar un acercamiento más real de la situación, junto con un debido proceso que puede llevar al éxito y prolongamiento, en la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de la bebida en cuestión.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe realization of this project was located in the city of Bucaramanga because of its economic growth and due to the boom in health care worldwide. Because of this care, sports and outdoor activities emerge, this idea of protecting their health in a proactive way is born with the problem of nutritional limitations, since to improve their physical performance and face the activities they want, they must consume drinks that are not created for those consumers of adventure and nutritional care such as the common energizers. Therefore, the objective is the creation of a nutritional drink that provides vitamins and helps the recovery of energy, providing a solution to this need in the market. In order to achieve this goal, long theoretical research of the components, viability and feasibility of the business project is carried out. All this through the analysis of the market, operational, financial, human capital and legal requirements, to find a more realistic approach to the situation, along with a due process that can lead to success and prolongation, in the creation of a company producing and marketing the beverage in question.
