dc.description.abstractSe pretende abordar desde el punto de vista crítico y reflexivo, en Carlos Marx, una teoría se base en las reivindicaciones de la sociedad humana, incluyendo en este caso a las reclamaciones de los indígenas paeces, ¿cómo se incluyen dentro de un llamado estado social de derecho? Se pretende entonces reconstruir desde sus creencias ancestrales como se han venido tergiversando sus derechos hasta nuestros días. Sobre este tópico político y social Carlos Marx aborda toda una serie de teorías que al parecer se pretende estar relacionadas con la precariedad en materia de derechos humanos, y que al parecer apartan de la verdadera sociedad anhelada por Marx, una exclusión del hombre por el hombre mismo. Por lo tanto se pretende entonces hacer nuevamente una reivindicación verdadera y social humana, en la cual se constituya dentro de los llamados derechos humanos; una emancipación totalmente real y no tergiversada, como se demostrará posteriormente, bien es cierto que en la enmienda universal se cita a todos los pueblos indígenas del mundo como un grupo social reconocido, y que por lo tanto se deben respetar sus creencias, y su territorio, para así salvaguardar sus dogmas; para este caso se estudiará a fondo como se tergiversan estos derechos y como los estados que se creen democráticos los transfieren a la manipulación en beneficio del hombre burgués.
dc.description.abstractenglishIt is tried to approach from the critical and reflective point of view, in Carlos Marx, an effective and real theory that one is based on the vindications of the human society, including in this case to the claims of the indigenous paeces, how they are included within a right call been social? It is tried then to reconstruct from its ancestral beliefs since they have come distorting to the present time. On this political topic and social Carlos Marx approaches all a series of theories that apparently is tried to be related to the distortion in the matter of human rights, that apparently separate from the true society yearned for by Marx, an exclusion of the man by the same man. Therefore it is tried then to make a vindication again true and social human, in which a totally real and not distorted emancipation is constituted within the calls human rights, it is certain well that in the universal amendment it is mentioned to all the indigenous towns of the world like a recognized social group, and that by as much are due to respect their beliefs, and its territory thus to safeguard its preeminences on the social classes, for this case will study to bottom as these rights are distorted and like the states which they are created democratic they lead them.
