dc.description.abstractEste trabajo presenta la propuesta de documentación atendiendo la norma NTC ISO 9001:2000, del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad S.G.C. para el área de créditos de la Cooperativa de ahorro y crédito de los empleados activos y jubilados de ECOPETROL COPACRÉDITO LTDA.. Se desarrolla en cinco capítulos que contienen, primero, la generalidades del cooperativismo a nivel nacional, pasando a la distribución colombiana y por último a la clasificación del sector solidario petrolero; segundo muestra de forma general la conformación de Copacrédito; tercero, presenta un esbozo sobre lo que son las familias de las normas ISO 9000, como cuarto capítulo presenta la descripción del área de créditos y como quinto capítulo se despliega la propuesta de la documentación del S.G.C.. Así mismo, este estudio, en su propuesta de documentación presenta un manual de calidad que contiene el alcance, exclusiones, responsables, política de calidad, objetivos de calidad, mapa de procesos, procedimientos documentados, manual de funciones del área de créditos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work presents the documentation proposal assisting the norm NTC ISO 9001:2000, of the System of Administration of the Quality S.G.C. for the area of credits of the saving Cooperative and the active employees' credit and pensioners of ECOPETROL COPACRÉDITO LTDA. It is developed in five chapters that contain, first, the generalities of the cooperativismo at national level, passing to the Colombian distribution and lastly to the classification of the sector solidary oil tanker; second sample in a general way the conformation of Copacrédito; third, present a sketch on what you/they are the families of the norms ISO 9000, as fourth chapter it presents the description of the area of credits and I eat fifth chapter he/she spreads the proposal of the documentation of the S.G.C.. Likewise, this study, in its documentation proposal presents a manual of quality that contains the reach, exclusions, responsible, politics of quality, objectives of quality, map of processes, documented procedures, manual of functions of the area of credits.
