| dc.description.abstract | La investigación nace por la inquietud de un grupo de personas, que están interesados en crear una cooperativa de trabajo asociado, y poder así ofrecer servicios de suministro de personal calificado para conducir buses, busetas y microbuses a la empresa Transporte San Silvestre S.A. El grupo más representativo son los turnadores, denominados así, por que estos, les hacen los turnos a los conductores de base, en períodos limitados por vacaciones, permisos sindicales, incapacidades u otras situaciones. Sin embargo en el tiempo que no están realizando los turnos, no tiene seguridad social, ni devengan salario alguno. El estudio está conformado por seis capítulos, el primero trata sobre las generalidades del municipio de Barrancabermeja, el segundo el estudio de mercado donde se analiza los factores del mercado, el tercero es el técnico relacionado con la planta y los recursos requeridos, el cuarto el administrativo que trata sobre la constitución de los entes cooperativos, el quinto el estudio financiero cuantificando las inversiones y los presupuestos de ingresos y gastos y el último la evaluación del proyecto en términos de lo social, lo ambiental y los criterios de evaluación, para finalmente dar el concepto técnico financiero para la creación de la cooperativa. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The investigation is born by the restlessness of a group of people, who are interested in creating a cooperative of associated work, and to thus be able to offer services of described provision of personnel to drive bus, busetas and microbus to the company Transporte San Silvestre S.A.. The most representative group is the turnadores, denominated thus, so that these, does the turns to them to the conductors of base, in periods limited by union vacations, permissions, incapacities or other situations. Nevertheless in the time that is not making the turns, it does not have social security, nor happen wage some. The study is conformed by six chapters, first treats on the majorities of the municipality of Barrancabermeja, the second the market study where it analyzes the factors of the market, third he is the technician related to the required plant and resources, the quarter the administrative one that treat on the constitution of the cooperative beings, the fifth financial study quantifying the investments and the budgets of income and expenses and last the evaluation of the project in terms of the social thing, environmental and the criteria of evaluation, finally to give the financial technical concept for the creation of the cooperative. | |
