dc.description.abstractEl presente documento tiene como finalidad presentar las actividades desarrolladas durante el periodo de prácticas empresariales en la oficina adscrita de planeación del municipio de Matanza, Santander, desempeñando el cargo de auxiliar de ingeniería civil. El objetivo general de la práctica empresarial fue la elaboración de una guía de buenas prácticas para la construcción de una Villa Olímpica en un municipio básico, Por lo tanto, para la realización de esta guía, fue necesario la identificación de normativa necesaria para poner en ejecución el proyecto y la caracterización de los procesos constructivos presentes a lo largo de la ejecución de la obra. Esta información se recopiló gracias a la constante participación dentro del proyecto denominado “CONSTRUCCIÓN Y MEJORAMIENTO DE ESCENARIOS DEPORTIVOS Y ZONAS DE RECREACION EN EL SECTOR DENOMINADO SAGRADO CORAZON DEL MUNICIPIO DE MATANZA”, sirviendo de apoyo en las diferentes actividades dentro del proceso constructivo necesarias para el cumplimiento del proyecto y actividades secundarias solicitadas por la oficina adscrita de planeación, donde gracias a la experiencia adquirida se redactó y elaboró la guía de buenas prácticas para la construcción de Villa Olímpica en municipios básicos a partir de la información recolectada.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this document is to present the activities carried out during the business internship period in the planning office attached to the municipality of Matanza, Santander, occupying the position of civil engineering assistant. The general objective of the business practice was the elaboration of a guide of good practices for the construction of an Olympic Village in a base municipality. Therefore, for the realization of this guide it was necessary to identify the necessary regulations to implement the project and the characterization of the construction processes present throughout the execution of the work. This information was collected thanks to the constant participation in the project called " CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF SPORTS VENUES AND RECREATION AREAS IN THE SECTOR CALLED SACRED HEART OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATANZA ", serving as support in the different activities within the construction process necessary for the fulfillment of the project and secondary activities requested by the attached planning office, where, thanks to the experience gained, the guide to good practices for the construction of the Olympic Village in basic municipalities was drafted and elaborated based on the information collected.
