dc.description.abstractLos objetivos de la investigación fueron: 1. Diseñar un modelo de estructura organizacional para la Cooperativa Asociada de Trabajo ETICAL LIMITADA, 2. Realizar el diagnóstico integral de la CTA ETICAL LTDA, 3. Identificar áreas criticas que afecten el funcionamiento de la empresa, 4. Formular el modelo organización para la CAT En la investigación se revisa el Cooperativismo y la Economía Solidaria y el crecimiento que ha tenido como entidad generadora de bienes y servicios a través de sus asociados y empleados. Se aplica el proceso de planeación estratégica a una empresa de la economía solidaria aplicando el Perfil de Capacidad Interna, La evaluación de Oportunidades y Amenazas del medio y el análisis de vulnerabilidad con el fin de evaluar la situación de la empresa, así como su nivel de competitividad con el propósito de anticipar y decidir sobre el direccionamiento de la institución hacia el futuro; se procesan y analizan los resultados y se identifican los problemas y las oportunidades de mejoramiento y desarrollo. Se define el Direccionamiento estratégico y las políticas de la organización, la nueva conformación y las unidades funcionales que le permitirán tener competitividad, y desarrollarse como empresa; este tipo de organizaciones, debe abordar el reto de crecer, posicionarse y permanecer frente a los cambios políticos, económicos y sociales del país, en su esencia y con una correcta aplicación permitirá que un grupo de personas, que une sus capacidades intelectuales para ofertarlas al sector de la salud obtenga un beneficio equitativo para la empresa y los cooperados. El modelo de desarrollo organizacional formulado partir de la evaluación e identificación de los principales problemas de la institución requieren monitoreo para garantizar la efectividad de las actividades de mejoramiento continuo y la utilidad de las herramientas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objectives of the investigation were: 1. to design a model of organizational structure for the Cooperative Associated of Work LIMITED ETICAL, 2. to Carry out the integral diagnosis of the CTA ETICAL LTDA, 3. to Identify areas criticizes that they affect the operation of the company, 4. to Formulate the pattern organization for the CAT In the investigation it is revised the Cooperativismo and the Solidary Economy and the growth that he/she has had as generating entity of goods and services through their associates and employees. The process of strategic planeación is applied to a company of the solidary economy applying the Profile of Internal Capacity, The evaluation of Opportunities and Threats of the means and the vulnerability analysis with the purpose of evaluating the situation of the company, as well as its level of competitiveness with the purpose of to advance and to decide on the directionamient of the institution toward the future; they are processed and they analyze the results and the problems and the opportunities of improvement and development are identified. He/she is defined the strategic Directionamieno and the politicians of the organization, the new conformation and the functional units that will allow him to have competitiveness, and to be developed as company; this type of organizations, it should approach the challenge of growing, to be positioned and to remain in front of the political, economic and social changes of the country, in their essence and with a correct application it will allow that a group of people that unites its intellectual capacities to offer them to the sector of the health obtains an equal benefit for the company and those cooperated. guarantee the effectiveness of the activities of continuous improvement and the utility of the tools. Before the competition that the system imposes and the demand of better services of the users' of the system health, the CAT faces the challenge of improving their internal processes and to overcome the address problems, control and evaluation, to survive in scenarios every more demanding day that you/they allow its sostenibilidad. Likewise as participant professionals of the system of health, we should analyze and to study if the CAT with the best organization form for the benefit of services to the companies and which is the obtained mutual benefit. The improvement of the CAT should be promoted and guided by the control organisms and the members of the Solidary Economy and the Cooperative sector by means of the creation of an organizational model establishing a reference mark for its low development the same parameters avoiding its creation like simple figures for tercerizacion ends in the labor field.
