dc.description.abstractCon el fin de brindar un servicio con calidad, surge la idea de crear un hogar privado para el adulto mayor (hombre mujer) en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja, donde actualmente persiste la necesidad en el mercado objetivo, y es ahí donde se empieza a marcar la diferencia en el nuevo servicio prestado. Esta investigación inicia con las generalidades tomando como referencia los planteamientos realizados en el anteproyecto, señalando como apoyo para sustentar sus conclusiones en el estudio de mercado donde se utilizó la encuesta como instrumento de conocimiento de la demanda del servicio en el municipio y las ofertas del mismo. Sus resultados se han tomado como referencia empresarial, logrando concretar la efectividad de su proyección con el respectivo análisis financiero y administrativo que hacen de la investigación un complemento sólido para las pretensiones emprendedoras. Para corroborar lo anterior, se realizó un estudio de mercados a la población de los estratos 3, 4 y 5 siendo la población objetivo para este proyecto, y donde las personas encuestadas manifiestan la ausencia de las instituciones para el cuidado de las personas mayores de 60 o más años a su cargo, demostrándose interesados en adquirir el servicio ofrecido por parte del centro integral. Es necesario para empezar su funcionamiento con 20 cupos para adultos mayores (hombre mujer), mayores de 60 o más años, cubriendo la demanda insatisfecha actual en el mercado, con el fin de brindar un servicio con calidad y eficiencia. Por otra parte el estudio contempla el contenido social en cuanto a su preocupación por este segmento de la población, demostrando a través del estudio financiero y administrativo, como se puede lograr en el proyecto con una inversión de $228.649.756, con indicadores atractivos TIR 35.54% y VPN de $49.613.408.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn order to provide a quality service, emerged the idea of creating a private home for the elderly (male - female) in the city of Barrancabermeja, where currently remains the necessity in the target market, and there is where it can begin to make a difference in the new service to be provided. This research begins with the general reference to the proposals made in the project draft, pointing as support to sustain its conclusions on market research that was used by the survey, as an instrument of knowledge of the service demand in the town and its current supply. have been taken as referring business projection, achieving highly effectiveness of its projection with the respective financial and administrative analysis of research that makes a solid claim for entrepreneurs snap. To corroborate this, a study of the market to the population strata 3, 4 and 5, which are the target population for this project, was conducted; there the respondents expressed lack of institutions for care of the elderly people 60 or more years that they have in charge. Also they showed interest in acquiring the service offered by the comprehensive center. It is necessary to begin operation with at least twenty (20) elderly adults users (male - female), with 60 years or more, covering partially the current unmet demand in the market, with quality service and efficiency. Moreover, the study considers the social content with its concern for this segment of the population, showing through the financial and administrative study, how can the project be achieved with an investment of $228.649.756, and very attractive indicators as TIR: 35.54% and VPN of $49.613.408
