dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo es una investigación de tipo exploratoria y tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de corte documental sobre la construcción discursiva del sujeto como responsable de crímenes en el marco del conflicto armado colombiano. Esto por medio de un corpus conformado por los testimonios de ex miembros del antiguo secretariado de las FARC-EP y exmilitares implicados en los casos de los “falsos positivos” en las audiencias públicas de reconocimiento realizadas por la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP). Se tomaron como principales referencias teóricas algunos estudios acerca de la enunciación, rasgos prosódicos y gestualidad. La investigación se llevó a cabo con parámetros cualitativos y se realizó a partir de tres niveles de análisis: categorías suprasegmentales, categorías kinésicas y categorías lingüísticas. De igual forma, la investigación concluyó que los comparecientes emplean diferentes recursos del lenguaje para facilitar su reconocimiento de responsabilidad o para desplazar la culpa por medio de varios tipos de justificación de los crímenes. Finalmente, se resalta el aporte que este trabajo hace a la conformación de un archivo testimonial a partir de las transcripciones de las audiencias estudiadas, contribuyendo de esta manera a fomentar que diferentes sectores sociales y académicos se acerquen a este material y proceso restaurativo que tiene una gran importancia para el país.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work is an exploratory research and its objective is to conduct a documentary analysis of the discursive construction of the subject as responsible for crimes in the framework of the Colombian armed conflict. This is done by means of a corpus made up of the testimonies of former members of the former secretariat of the FARC-EP and former members of the military involved in the false positive cases in the public hearings of recognition carried out by the Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP). Some studies on enunciation, prosodic features and gestures were taken as main theoretical references. The research was carried out with qualitative parameters and was based on three levels of analysis: suprasegmental categories, kinesics categories and linguistic categories. Likewise, the research concluded that the participants use different language resources to facilitate their recognition of responsibility or to displace guilt by means of various types of justification of the crimes. Finally, the contribution that this work makes to the creation of a testimonial archive from the transcripts of the hearings studied is highlighted, thus contributing to encourage different social and academic sectors to approach this material and restorative process that is of great importance for the country.
