dc.description.abstractEn el desarrollo de la practica jurídico empresarial se llevaron a cabo varias actividades encaminadas a dos elementos: el primero, relacionado al crecimiento por parte del practicante, en los temas asociados al Derecho laboral individual y colectivo, al Derecho Administrativo y afines, a través de los diferente trámites administrativos y judiciales que se llevan a cabo en las operaciones cotidianas del área de ASUNTOS LEGALES Y SECRETARIA GENERAL de la ELECTRIFICADORA DE SANTANDER S.A. E.S.P., y el segundo, acerca del apoyo jurídico otorgado por la practicante a beneficio de ESSA, a fin de que esta última, alcance una excelencia operativa, optimizando su prestación en los procesos y procedimientos internos. En otras palabras, se trata de un convenio de enriquecimiento mutuo, entre practicante y empresa. Resulta importante señalar, que la gestión prestada busca fortalecer el área de Derecho laboral de la sección de ASUNTOS LEGALES Y SECRETARIA GENERAL de la empresa, y en particular, reforzar los campos conexos a la Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo de los trabajadores de las firmas contratistas de ESSA. En las líneas que se esbozaran a continuación, se evidenciará el crecimiento personal y profesional adquirido por una estudiante de Derecho de una Universidad Publica en Colombia, gracias a la práctica jurídico empresarial realizada por esta, en la ELECTRIFICADORA DE SANTANDER S.A. E.S.P, en el transcurso de dieciséis semanas, comprendidas entre el 20 de julio al 20 de noviembre del 2018. 2 El título del proyecto de practica jurídico empresarial plasmado en esta oportunidad, fue modificado con relación al señalado inicialmente, ya que dicho documento se presentó a la Escuela de Derecho y Ciencia Política UIS, en el mes de junio de esta anualidad, pero debido a una decisión tomada a través del acta No. 509 del veinte (20) de septiembre del 2018, de la Junta Directiva de la Electrificadora de Santander S.A. E.S.P., la denominación del área se modificó. Es esta la raSA ELECTRIFICADORA DE SANTANDER.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the juridical managerial development of the practice there were carried out several activities directed to two elements: the first one related to the growth on the part of the medical instructor, in the topics associated with the individual and collective Labour law, with the Administrative law and be precise, across them differently administrative and judicial steps that are carried out in the daily operations of the area of LEGAL MATTERS AND GENERAL SECRETARY of the ELECTRIFICADORA OF SANTANDER S.A. E.S.P., and the second one, brings over from the juridical support granted by medical instructor to ESSA's benefit, so that the latter, scope an operative excellence, optimizing his presentation in the processes and internal procedures. In other words, it is a question of an agreement of mutual enrichment, between medical instructor and company. It turns out important to indicate, that the given management seeks to strengthen the area of Labour law of the section of LEGAL MATTERS AND GENERAL SECRETARY of the company, and especially, to reinforce the connected fields to the Security and Health in the work of the workers of the signatures contractors of ESSA. In the lines that were outlined later, the personal growth will be demonstrated and professional acquired by a student of Law of a University Publishes in Colombia, thanks to the practice juridically managerial realized by this one, in the ELECTRIFICADORA OF SANTANDER S.A. E.S.P, in the course of sixteen weeks, understood between July 20 to November 20, 2018.
