dc.description.abstractActualmente en las entidades educativas se ha despertado un gran interés por adoptar en su interior el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad y por eso no es de extrañar que día a día incremente el número de colegios en proceso de implementación del sistema. Este documento contiene el diseño, la documentación y la implementación del sistema de gestión de la calidad del INSTITUTO INTEGRADO JORGE ELÉCER GAITÁN, el cual está fundamentado en el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001 : 2000 en todos sus procesos y el Sistema Educativo Colombiano. Con el desarrollo de éste proyecto se buscó diagnosticar el estado en el cuál se encontraba la institución realmente para posteriormente determinando los procesos a gestionar, para el diseño y documentación del Sistema Gestión de la Calidad, por medio de capacitaciones a la comunidad educativa y la evaluación, la medición, mejora continua y la realización de dos auditorías internas. Luego se procedió con la planificación e implementación de todos los aspectos qué intervenían en la función de formar personas autónomas y responsables para desenvolverse en un medio tan difícil como al que pertenecen, contribuyendo así a mejorar el nivel académico de la institución y los problemas con la comunidad educativa.
dc.description.abstractenglishCurrently in educational institutions has aroused a great interest in adopting the system of internal quality management and therefore it is no wonder that every day will increase the number of schools in the process of implementing the system. This document contains the design, documentation and implementation of the system of quality management INSTITUTO INTEGRADO JORGE ELÉCER GAITÁN, which is based on fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 in all its processes and the Education System Colombiano. With the development of this project we tried to diagnose the condition in which the institution was later determined to actually manage the process, the design and documentation of Quality Management System, through the education community training and assessment , measurement, continuous improvement and the completion of two internal audits. Then they proceeded with the planning and implementation of all aspects involved in the function of being autonomous and responsible individuals to perform in half as hard as they belong to, thus helping to improve the academic level of the institution and the problems with educational community.
