dc.description.abstractEl documento muestra el proceso del Diseño, la documentación y la Implementación de la realización del Programa de Salud Ocupacional bajo los requisitos de la norma NTC OHSAS 18001:2007, para la empresa FAMAG LTDA. Se detecta la necesidad de implementar un sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, en el análisis de las estadísticas de accidentalidad de la empresa, el cual afecta las condiciones de trabajo y la calidad de vida de los trabajadores, de esta manera se busca la identificación y minimización de los riesgos, para controlar la accidentalidad de FAMAG LTDA. La Norma Técnica Colombiana OHSAS 18001, es una herramienta que ayuda a las empresas a identificar, priorizar y gestionar la Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad Industrial y los riesgos laborales. La correcta implementación de la norma es fundamental para la identificación de controles y seguimiento y medición del sistema para asegurar un mejoramiento continuo del mismo. FAMAG Ltda., por medio de la Implementación y certificación de sus Sistema de Gestión tiene total control de sus riesgos y ha diseñado programas de gestión que le permiten minimizar el impacto de estos sobre sus trabadores adicionalmente se han diseñado controles y seguimientos para asegurar la mejora continua del sistema.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document shows the process of design, documentation and Implementation of the completion of the Occupational Health Program under the requirements of NTC-OHSAS 18001:2007 standard for the company FAMAG LTDA. It identified the need to implement an Occupational Health and Safety in the analysis of accident statistics of the company, the affecting working conditions and quality of life of workers, thus seeks to identify and minimize risks, to control the accident rate of FAMAG LTDA. Colombian Technical Standard OHSAS 18001, is a tool that helps companies identify, prioritize and manage Occupational Health, Safety Industrial and occupational risks. Successful implementation of the rule is essential for the identification of controls and monitoring and measurement system to ensure continuous improvement of it. FAMAG Ltd., through the implementation and certification of their system Management has full control of your risks and management programs designed to helps to minimize the impact of these on their employees, additionally are designed controls and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement of the system. 1.
