dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo se desarrolla desde la perspectiva del Estado Arte, constituyéndose en un capítulo en la investigación titulada , de la Docente Ruth Zarate Rueda; en este, se hace un estudio analítico del conocimiento acumulado en el que se revelan estudios que sobre el tema de Discapacidad se han realizado a nivel internacional y nacional, con el propósito de elaborar un texto guía que promueva una sólida fundamentación científica y un carácter crítico e interpretativo frente al estudio de personas en situación de discapacidad, desde un ejercicio amplio de consulta, relación y síntesis de fuentes teóricas; como también, la identificación de Políticas, Programas y Proyectos, que reconozcan y contextualicen los caminos académicos, prácticos, científicos y médicos en los que se sustentaría el tema, como sería en este caso, el tema de la Discapacidad. Este trabajo determinaría, cómo ha sido tratado el tema de la Discapacidad en el mundo y en Colombia; además, ampliaría la posibilidad de indagar más sobre los actos discursivos que se hacen del tema en mención, contribuyendo con la producción de conocimiento y uso social del mismo, que garanticen el goce pleno de los derechos de los individuos en situación de discapacidad. Por lo tanto a través de este documento (Estado del Arte), se lograría dar claridad al concepto de discapacidad, la cual, permitiría enfocar de manera precisa las acciones a dar solución a la problemática de exclusión social que enfrenta la población en condición de discapacidad y la necesidad de integración de los actores sociales (Estado, empresa, universidad y sociedad civil) en su actuar, articulando procesos que favorezcan la inclusión social y el desarrollo de infraestructura para la movilidad de este grupo poblacional.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work is developed from the perspective of State of the Art, becoming a chapter of the research entitled "Inclusion of Handicap People under a framework of responsibility and Public Policy" conducted by Professor Ruth Rueda Zarate; an analytical study of the accumulated researchin the field of Handicap at international and national level ispresented, with the aim of producing a textbook that promotes a solid scientific argument and critical-interpretative character before the study of handicap people, from a broad research exercise, relation and synthesis of theoretical sources; as well as the identification of policies, programs and projects that recognize and contextualize academic, practical, scientific and medical ways in which the issue would be supported, as it would be in this case, the issue of handicap. This work would determine how the issue of handicap have been treated in the world and in Colombia; the state of the art by the time of this research in the topic of handicap; further it would expand the possibility of investigating more about speech acts about the topic in question, contributing to knowledge production and social use of it, to ensure full enjoyment of handicap individuals rights. Therefore this document (State of Art), is to achieve clarity to the concept handicap, which would allow to precisely focus the actions to solve the problem of social exclusion faced by the handicap population and the need for integration of social actors (government, business, universities and civil society) to articulate processes that promote social inclusion and the development of infrastructure for the mobility of this population group.
