dc.description.abstractLa necesidad de dinamizar la economía, de administrar eficazmente los recursos tangibles e intangibles, aumentar el Producto Interno Bruto y fortalecer el crecimiento endógeno de la región, hacen de la estrategia de Clúster sea la ideal para aumentar la competitividad de la Región. Como lo planteó el estudio Monitor Colombia en cabeza del Profesor Michael Porter entre los años 1992 y 1993, la Competitividad debía hacer parte de la Agenda Nacional, vinculando el sector privado y público para que de esta forma, se pudieran mejorar las condiciones internas del país, se diversificara la base exportadora y los mercados y así, atraer la inversión extranjera directa. Ahora, la estrategia sugerida por éste estudio fue la del Clúster, para que el desarrollo de las regiones fuese más profundo. En éste sentido, cómo lo define la comisión regional para la Competitividad denominada la conformación de un Clúster de salud en Santander, cómo modelo de desarrollo altamente competitivo, le permitirá ser reconocido a nivel interior y exterior por la producción y calidad de los bienes y servicios comercializados. De mismo modo, mejorará el bienestar social y aumentará el nivel de productividad de la región, para que los recursos humanos, naturales y económicos sean utilizados de manera eficaz. Para validar éste trabajo, se hará una descripción exploratoria del Clúster de Salud de Santander, se realizará una referenciación competitiva del mismo y su proceso análogo en el Departamento de Antioquia. Finalmente, mediante el Modelo del Diamante de la Competitividad, se realizará un diagnóstico del estado y la evolución que ha tenido el Clúster de Salud de Santander para dar un punto de referencia con alusión a ello y llegar a motivar una acción participativa del departamento frente al Clúster de Salud. ___________________________
dc.description.abstractenglishThe need to stimulate the Economy, to effectively manage the tangible and intangible resources, to increase the GDP (Gross Domestic Product), and strengthen the endogenous growth in the region, converts the cluster strategy into the ideal option to increase and improve the competitiveness of the region. According to the study 1993, the competitiveness should be part of the National Agency, linking the private and public sector, so that in this way, the domestic conditions could be improved, the trades and the export base will be diversified and thus, attract foreign direct investment. Now, the strategy suggested in this study was the Cluster, in order to achieve a deeper development of the regions. Thus, as is defined by the regional commission for Competitiveness called "Santander Competitive", the formation of a Cluster of health in Santander, like a model of development highly competitive, will allow to Santander get a domestic and foreign acknowledgement, because of the production and the quality of the resources and services traded. In the same way, the social welfare will improve and increase the level of productivity in the region, using efficiently the human, natural and economics resources. To validate this study, it will make an exploratory descriptiwith a competitive referencing of this and its similar process in the department of Antioquia. Finally, through the Diamond Model of Competitiveness, it will perform a diagnostic of the state and evolution that haand get encourage a participatory action from the department toward the Cluster of Health. ___________________________
