dc.description.abstract | El plan de negocios para la empresa Citrícola de Santander, recopila las decisiones y estrategias que respaldan el éxito empresarial. Estas, se determinan mediante cinco análisis sucesivos; el primero es el de mercado que está conformado por el estudio del sector, del entorno, una investigación de mercado y un plan de mercadeo que se ajusta a los hallazgos encontrados; El segundo análisis es el diseño técnico de los cultivos bajo las Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas; el tercer análisis es el administrativo que plantea una estructura que soporta el desarrollo de la empresa; el cuarto análisis evalúa y planea la operación de la empresa generando los menores impactos ambientales y sociales posibles; el quinto análisis es el financiero, para esto se realizó un modelo financiero que recopila y evalúa los resultados, de manera dinámica, mostrando los indicadores financieros, el desempeño y la rentabilidad del negocio bajo la influencia de cada decisión que se tomó.
