dc.description.abstractEl turismo rural es una forma de explotar favorablemente nuestros recursos sin que estos puedan llegar a ser afectados de forma permanente y además mostrar las maravillas naturales que el país tiene dentro de su territorio. Esta modalidad de turismo no solo permite aumentar el sector turismo a nivel económico, sino que también, permite que los turistas tomen conciencia sobre la conservación y preservación de la fauna y la flora existente, a través de la convivencia con ella. El departamento de Santander cuenta con zonas rurales ideales para las modalidades de turismo de aventura y ecoturismo, es por ello que en los últimos años Santander se ha destacado como destino turístico ideal para las personas aventureras que quieran realizar deportes extremos y convivir en la naturaleza. Es por ello que se desean crear espacios para que los turistas extranjeros conozcan más que las zonas costeras y se enamoren de Colombia como destino turístico. El presente proyecto contiene un plan de negocios donde se evalúa la factibilidad de creación y realización un complejo eco turístico, analizando la oportunidad al examinar la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera, según los intereses y especificaciones que se quieren implementar para la prestación del servicio; además también se busca plantear los procedimientos y estrategias para su puesta en marcha y crecimiento continuo de este como empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglishRural tourism is a way to exploit our resources favorably without these being able to be affected permanently and also show the natural wonders that the country has within its territory. This type of tourism not only allows the tourism sector to increase economically, but also allows tourists to become aware of the conservation and preservation of the existing fauna and flora, through coexistence with it. The department of Santander has ideal rural areas for adventure tourism and ecotourism, which is why in recent years Santander has stood out as an ideal tourist destination for adventurous people who want to do extreme sports and live in nature. That is why they want to create spaces for foreign tourists to know more than the coastal areas and fall in love with Colombia as a tourist destination. The present project contains a business plan where the feasibility of creation and realization of a complex eco-tourism is evaluated, analyzing the opportunity when examining the technical, economic and financial viability, according to the interests and specifications that are to be implemented for the provision of the service; It also seeks to outline the procedures and strategies for its implementation and continued growth of this as a company.
