Propuesta para el desarrollo de una agenda en la gestión de la responsabilidad social, en Vimarco Seguridad

| dc.description.abstract | Toda organización, por formar parte de un sistema social, tiene obligaciones ineludibles que afrontar, y responsabilidades que según los intereses de la misma serán de acción u omisión, tangibles ó intangibles. Según ésta consideración, las empresas además de producir bienes y servicios para asegurar su estabilidad, continuidad y crecimiento, están llamadas a cumplir con objetivos y propósitos de tipo social. La existencia de una herramienta como la Responsabilidad Social, es precisamente la que le permite a éstas organizaciones cumplir con éste cometido .En ese sentido, son las organizaciones las que deben optar por realizar sus actividades comerciales, en cumplimiento de una serie de procesos que le permitan determinar, implementar y evaluar su capacidad para anticipar, responder y manejar las diversas necesidades y expectativas sociales en relación a sus grupos de interés. En este escenario, Trabajo Social llevó a cabo en Vimarco Seguridad, un proceso continuo para la concreción de una propuesta, que le diera las bases para atender oportunamente, las demandas de los diferentes grupos de interés, mediante el establecimiento de directrices dirigidas al cumplimiento de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, con el fin de lograr una progresiva institucionalización de su accionar social. Es así, como Las razones que motivaron la elaboración de ésta propuesta se centran básicamente, en la ausencia de un esquema de trabajo que propenda por la verdadera integración de la responsabilidad social a la estrategia de negocio y las operaciones en Vimarco, en relación a los grupos con los cuales se interrelaciona. Así mismo, a través de ésta iniciativa profesional, se espera posibilitarle a la organización unos lineamentos que faciliten el desarrollo coherente de su responsabilidad social, más allá de una cuestión meramente filantrópica. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Any organization, part of a social system, has to face inescapable obligations, and responsibilities according to the interests of the same will be action or omission, tangible or intangible. According to this account, the enterprise besides producing possessions and services for ensure the stability, continuity and growth, they have been called upon to meet objectives and purposes of a social nature. The existence of a tool such as the Social Responsibility, it is precisely that allows these organizations fulfill this purpose. In this way, are the organizations that must opt to make their business in compliance with a number of Processes that will enable it to identify, implement and evaluate its capacity ability to anticipate, respond and manage the diverse needs and socials expectatives in relation to their interest groups. In this stage, Social Work conducted a continuous process for the realization of a proposal, which would give, the bases to get timely, the demands of different interest groups, through the establishment of guidelines direct it for compliance Corporate Social Responsibility, in order to achieve a progressive institutionalization of yours social action. Thus, as the reasons for drafting the proposal has been focused basically, on the absence of a work scheme that work by the true integration of social responsibility to the business strategy and operations at Vimarco, in relation to groups to which it interacts. Likewise, through this professional initiative, it hopes to enable to the organization to provide some guidelines to facilitate coherent development of their social responsibility, beyond a manner purely philanthropic. | |
