dc.description.abstractCon la asesoría de COLPATRIA ARP, se desarrolló el Programa de Salud Ocupacional para la empresa CEDSA S.A., considerando las condiciones y actividad económica propia de la compañía, en procura de establecer una metodología propia que garantice el bienestar físico y emocional para cada uno de los empleados adscritos a la organización. Para el desarrollo de dicho Programa de Salud Ocupacional, se partió de la base de la creación del Panorama de Riesgos que se creó para cada una de las áreas de la empresa en sus dos sedes, mediante observación directa de las tareas desarrolladas y las condiciones ambientales propias de cada una de esas áreas, así como por medio de entrevista realizada a las personas que a diario laboran en los diferentes puestos de trabajo que constituyen las diversas áreas dentro de la organización. Por su parte, el logro alcanzado en materia de tratamiento de residuos industriales en CEDSA S.A. ha sido posible gracias a la creación y puesta en marcha de un Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Peligrosos, el cual fue desarrollado con el apoyo brindado por la Corporación Autónoma para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga (CDMB) y por la corporación ECOEFICIENCIA. Tanto el Programa de Salud Ocupacional como el Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Peligrosos, están soportados en la principal legislación vigente en el país y son hoy una realidad gracias al interés mostrado por las directivas administrativas de la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglishWith advice from COLPATRIA ARP, developed the Occupational Health Program for the company CEDSA SA, considering the conditions and economic activity of the company itself, in an attempt to establish our own methodology to ensure the physical and emotional for each of the Employees assigned to the organization. For the development of the above mentioned Program of Occupational Health, it split of the base of the creation of the Panorama of Risks that was created for each of the areas of the company in his two sedate, by means of direct observation of the developed tasks and the environmental own conditions of each one of these areas, as well as by means of interview realized to the persons who to diary work in the different working places that constitute the diverse areas inside the organization. For your part, the achievement reached as for treatment of industrial residues in CEDSA S.A. has been possible thanks to the creation and putting in march of a Plan of Integral Management of Dangerous Residues, which was developed by the support offered to the Autonomous Corporation for the Defense of Bucaramanga's Plateau (CDMB) and for the corporation ECOEFICIENCIA. Both the Program of Occupational Health and the Plan of Integral Management of Dangerous Residues, they are supported in the principal in force legislation in the country and are today a reality thanks to the interest showed by the administrative directives of the company.
