dc.description.abstractLos conflictos y sus dinámicas son aspectos que tienen una relación profunda con las relaciones llevadas a cabo por los seres humanos, lo cual ha contribuido a determinar muchas facetas del desarrollo y supervivencia de la especie a lo largo de su existencia. Para entender esta y otras características propias que poseen los conflictos se hace necesario realizar un abordaje conceptual desde los postulados de las principales corrientes teóricas que explican los conflictos propiciando con esto una reflexión más adecuada y pertinente de esta condición presente en la existencia humana. Como producto de una pasantía de investigación, este trabajo busca conocer los significados de los conflictos de los miembros que componen la comunidad académica de la Universidad Industrial de Santander desde la postura epistemológica del interaccionismo simbólico, la cual da gran relevancia a las acciones colectivas e individuales que generan los seres humanos, ya que estas contienen una serie de subjetividades propias o aprendidas a lo largo del tiempo, determinando con ello muchas facetas que puede identificar a una persona o grupo en particular, esto fue de gran interés para la realización de este trabajo pues permitió conocer los diferentes significados de los conflictos al interior de la universidad y sus repercusiones en el campus y en la vida de las personas que están insertos en este. De igual forma, se menciona que este proceso de estudio permitió tener un mayor acercamiento a los participantes de esta investigación conociendo de esa forma las diferentes subjetividades de los conflictos por medio de la implementación de métodos de recolección y análisis de la información que dieron como resultado una serie de hallazgos interesantes que dan una idea acerca del surgimiento y desarrollo del conflicto en las instalaciones de la Universidad Industrial de Santander.
dc.description.abstractenglishConflicts and their dynamics are aspects that have a deep relationship with relationships carried out by humans, which has helped to identify many facets of development and survival of the species throughout its existence. To understand this and other characteristics that have conflicts is necessary to make a conceptual approach from the postulates of the main theoretical trends that explain this conflict propitiating a more appropriate and relevant reflection of the present condition of human existence. As a result of a research internship, this paper seeks to understand the meanings of the conflicts of the component members of the academic community of the Industrial University of Santander from the epistemological stance of symbolic interaction, which gives great importance to collective and individual actions generated by humans, since these contain a number of own subjectivities or learned over time, thereby determining many facets that can identify an individual or group in particular, this was of great interest for the realization of this work because it allowed to know the different meanings of the conflicts within the university and its impact on campus and in the lives of people who are embedded in this. Similarly, it is mentioned that this study process allowed a greater approach to the participants of this research thus knowing the different subjectivities of conflict through the implementation of methods for collecting and analyzing information that resulted a number of interesting findings that give an idea about the emergence and development of the conflict in the premises of the Industrial University of Santander.
