dc.description.abstractEste trabajo tuvo como objetivo realizar una representación artística del proceso de exploración de la identidad mediante elementos cotidianos y materiales textiles representativos de las mujeres en el ámbito familiar convirtiéndose en un homenaje a las mujeres de mi familia materna conformado por: Mi nona (María Mercedes), mi abuela (Ana Soraya), mi tía (Vanessa Náyade), mi madre (Dana Saray) y mis hermanas (Julieta) y (Dana Soraya). Con este proyecto pretendo explorar y representar las distintas identidades y personalidades que cada una desarrolla según su edad. En la primera parte del trabajo, se realizó una identificación y selección de referentes teóricos y conceptuales que permitieron establecer los referentes artísticos, plásticos, y relacionados con la tradición y herencia familiar. Una vez establecidas las bases referenciales se procedió de diseñar y elaborar cada una de las piezas que representan el objetivo del proyecto, esto mediante materiales como hilos y retazos de tela. En la tercera parte, se realizó un montaje de exposición mediante una propuesta artística un recorrido instalativo de piezas textiles que remiten a bolsos que se convierten en capsulas que recopilan y guardan recuerdos mediante las fotografías y materiales textiles. Busco evocar recuerdos para crear una conexión emocional más profunda con cada una de estas piezas. Los resultados obtenidos de trabajo y la muestra artística presentan que las piezas diseñadas reflejan actitudes aprendidas y heredadas de la esfera familiar. Con el tiempo, estas representan parte de la identidad de cada una de esas personas, a la vez que la posibilidad de decidir el tipo de persona a ser, siendo reflejo de aspectos asimilados por años de observación del entorno familiar y las experiencias vividas. Este proyecto es un viaje personal que me permite honrar a las mujeres que me están formado y cómo las experiencias de personas que nos rodean influyen en nuestra propia vida.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work aims to make an artistic representation of an identity exploration process through everyday objects and textile materials, turning into a homage of the women in my family, them being: My great-granny (María Mercedes), my grandmother (Ana Soraya), my aunt (Vanessa Náyade), my mother (Dana Saray) and my sisters (Julieta) and (Dana Soraya). On this project, I intend to explore and represent the different personalities and identities that each of them develops according to their age. In the first part of the work, an identification and selection of theoretical and conceptual references was made, which allowed establishing the artistic and plastic references, as well as those related to tradition and family heritage. Once the referential bases were established, we proceeded to design and elaborate each one of the pieces that represent the objective of the project, using materials such as threads and fabric scraps. In the third part, an exhibition assembly was carried out through an artistic proposal, an installation of textile pieces that refer to bags that become capsules that collect and store memories through photographs and textile materials. I seek to evoke memories to create a deeper emotional connection with each of these pieces. The results obtained from the work and the artistic exhibition show that the designed pieces reflect attitudes learned and inherited from the family sphere. Over time, these represent part of the identity of each of these women, as well as the chance to decide the type of person to be, reflecting aspects assimilated by years of observation of family environment and life experiences. This project is a personal journey that allows me to honor the women who are shaping me and how the experiences of people around us influence our own lives.
