| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo principal de este proyecto es evaluar técnica y económicamente el funcionamiento del sistema de levantamiento por cavidades progresivas en los campos Teca y Nare. Para lograr este propósito lo primero que se hizo fue recopilar información general de todo el campo, esto con el fin de conocer las principales características a las que se ven expuestos los dos sistemas. Después de esto se investigo sobre el funcionamiento y operación del levantamiento con bombeo mecánico y con cavidades progresivas, esto con el fin de evaluar cual de ellos presenta mejores condiciones de operación en Teca y Nare. Se realizo un seguimiento a parámetros de operación de los pozos no inyectables de bombeo mecánico, con el fin de evaluar servicios a pozo, consumos de energía, costos de repuestos, entre otros. Debido al poco tiempo de operación de los sistemas PCP en Teca y Nare, no se contó con suficiente información de operación de este sistema, por lo que se recopilaron datos de funcionamiento en otros campos con características similares. Con esta información se pudo realizar un análisis económico y comparar los costos de levantamiento con ambos sistemas. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The main objective of this project is to evaluate technical and economically the operation of the progressive cavities pumping systems in the Teca and Nare fields. To achieve this purpose the first thing that was made it was to gather general information of the whole field, with the purpose of knowing the main ones characteristic to those that are exposed the two systems. After this, investigation about the behavior and operation of the rod pump and with progressive cavities pumping was made, this with the purpose to evaluate which presents better operation conditions in Teca and Nare fields. One carries out a pursuit to operational parameters of the non injectable wells of pumping mechanic, trying to evaluate well services, energy consumptions, reserve prices, among others. Due to the little time of operation of the PCP systems in Teca and Nare fields, didn't have enough information of operation of this system, it was necessary to get operational data in other fields with similar characteristics. With this information it could be carried out an economic analysis and to compare the lifting costs with both systems. | |
