dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este proyecto es diseñar, documentar e implementar el sistema de gestión de la calidad basado en los lineamientos de la norma NTCISO 9001:2000 en los servicios de alojamiento, organización y realización de eventos en el HOTEL INTERNACIONAL LA TRIADA, hasta la solicitud de la auditoría de certificación, con el fin de proporcionar una herramienta que permita gestionar de manera dinámica y eficiente la labor cotidiana de la empresa, reflejando a su vez, calidad y satisfacción en el servicio recibido por los clientes. Mediante la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad, se logra integrar todas las áreas de la empresa y trabajar asociadamente, proyectándose hacia un objetivo común. Por medio de este trabajo se logró evaluar la situación actual de la empresa con respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2000. Se sensibilizó y capacitó a todo el personal tanto operativo como administrativo. Se diseñó, documentó e implementó el sistema de gestión de la calidad para los servicios de alojamiento, organización y realización de eventos. Se evaluó el sistema de gestión de la calidad por medio de auditorías internas para así identificar las fortalezas y debilidades que permitan generar acciones de mejora, con el fin de solicitar al auditoria de certificación para el HOTEL INTERNACIONAL LA TRIADA.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this project is to design, document and implement the quality management system based on the parameters of the NTC-ISO 9001:2000 in regards to the lodging services, organization and realization of events in the INTERNATIONAL HOTEL LA TRIADA, until the application for the audit certification, with the purpose of providing a tool that allows managing a more efficient and dynamic work environment in the company, reflecting quality and satisfaction in the service provided for the costumers. By means of the implementation of the quality management system, it is possible to integrate all the areas of the company, projecting them toward a common objective. Through this work the evaluation of the actual situation of the company was fulfilled with regards to the adequate accomplishment of the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:2000. The operative and administrative personnel was sensibilized and prepared. The quality management system was designed, documented and implemented for the lodging services, organization and realization of events. By means of internal auditing, the system was evaluated for the recognition of strong and weak points so that actions of improvement could be generated. With all these objectives developed the certification of the quality management system for the INTERNATIONAL HOTEL LA TRIADA was requested.
