dc.description.abstractEl Instituto de la Juventud, el Deporte y la Recreación de Bucaramanga- INDERBU, es una empresa de carácter público, que presta servicios enfocados a garantizar la práctica del deporte, la recreación, el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre y la generación de desarrollo juvenil. En éste proyecto se muestran las actividades desarrolladas para el diseño, documentación e implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad en el INDERBU, basado en la norma NTC ISO 9001:2000. Las principales etapas del proyecto son: diagnóstico, planificación, capacitación, documentación, implementación, evaluación del sistema y definición y ejecución de acciones correctivas y preventivas. En la etapa de diagnóstico, se verificó el nivel de cumplimiento del Instituto respecto a los requisitos expuestos por la norma ISO 9001:2000. En la fase de planificación se determinaron el alcance y las exclusiones del Sistema de Gestión, la política, los objetivos de calidad y se efectuó el re-direccionamiento estratégico del Instituto. Para la etapa de capacitación, se desarrolló un plan de capacitación orientado a dar a conocer a los empleados, conceptos relacionados con el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad y la certificación del mismo. En la etapa de documentación se revisaron los documentos existentes y se adaptaron dentro de un enfoque basado en procesos, de igual forma, se elaboraron los documentos exigidos por la norma como el Manual de Calidad, los Procedimientos y registros obligatorios. La fase de implementación, significó la puesta en marcha de la documentación y de la planificación desarrollada en etapas anteriores, después de lo cual se evalúo al Sistema mediante la realización de una auditoria interna y una auditoria de verificación. Por último, se realizó un plan de mejora que incluía acciones correctivas y preventivas, destinadas a eliminar las causas de las no conformidades detectadas durante la realización de las auditorias. Una vez llevadas a cabo las acciones de mejora, se dió inicio a la evaluación de los entes certificadores y la inscripción con uno de ellos para la realización de la pre-auditoria y auditoria de certificación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe "Instituto de la Juventud, el Deporte y la Recreación de Bucaramanga - INDERBU", is a government company that executes its services focused to guarantee the practice of the sport, the recreation, the free time's use and the generation of juvenile development. In this project the activities are shown to develop of the design, documentation and implementation of a Quality Management System in the INDERBU, based on the norm NTC ISO 9001:2000. The main stages of the project are: the diagnostic, planification, training, documentation, implementation, the system's evaluation and the definition and execution of corrective and preventive actions. In the diagnostic stage, the level of execution of the Institute was verified regarding the requirements exposed by the ISO 9001:2000 norm. In the phase of planification the reach and the exclusions of the Management System were determined, the politics, the quality objectives and the re-definition of the strategies of the Institute was made. For the training stage, a training plan was developed guided to give some knowledge to the employees about the concepts related with the Quality Management System and the certification of the same one. In the documentation stage the existent documents were revised and they were adapted on a focus based on processes, the demanded documents by the norm, like the Quality Manual, The Procedures and the Forms were elaborated in this phase of the project. The implementation phase, meant develop of the documentation and of the planification of the Quality management system raised in previous stages, after that implementation, the authors evaluated the System by the realization of an internal and a verification audit. Lastly, the Authors developed an improvement plan that included some corrective and preventive actions, dedicated to eliminate the causes of the non conformities detected during the realization of the audits. Once carried out the improvement actions, The Authors started the evaluation of the entities that certify a Quality Management System and inscribed the Institute with one of them for the realization of the pre-audit and certification audit
