dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se identificó, los problemas con sus respectiva causas que afectan a la empresa fiRehabilitar E.U.fl, teniendo la capacidad de responder de forma inmediata con acciones que le permitan contra restar las situaciones críticas para hacer posible la consecución de sus objetivos a corto y a largo plazo; para lo cual se realizó un diagnóstico a las áreas de la organización: área gerencial, área de mercadeo, área de servicio, área de recurso humano, área de aseguramiento de la calidad y área financiera y contable; determinando los puntos críticos mediante la utilización de una matriz de priorización que permitió diseñar un plan de mejoramiento por áreas y posteriormente describir el proceso de evaluación, seguimiento y control del mismo. El plan de mejoramiento fue desarrollado en la mayoría de las actividades propuestas, cumpliendo con las necesidades y requerimientos de Rehabilitar E.U, donde las acciones de mejora aportaron fortalecimiento en la imagen corporativa, procesos operativos y administrativos y análisis financiero de la organización; el cual les ayudará a mantener el nivel adecuado de un mercado exigente y variado para consolidar la empresa con alta competitividad dentro del sector. De igual forma el presente trabajo trajo beneficios en lo que tiene que ver con el campo personal del investigador al poder aplicar de manera práctica los conocimientos adquiridos.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this Project, we identified and prioritized the problems and what causes them, that are afeccting the Enterprise Rehabilitar E.U., having an immediately response capacity to take actions that allow to counter the critical situations to make possible the achievement of their short and long term objectives, in order to do that, we did a diagnosis in the principal areas of the organization: management area, marketing area, service area, quality assurance area, and accounting and financial area; determining the critical points by using a priorization matrix that allow us to came up with and improvement plan by each area, and posteriorly describe the process of evaluation, following and control of the plan. The improvement plan was developed in most of the activities, satisfying the needs and requirements of REHABILITAR E.U., where the improvement actions had bring an strengthening in the corporative image, the operative and administrative processes and in the financial analysis of the organization; which is going to help them to keep the proper level for a very demanding and varied market to consolidate the enterprise with the highest competitiveness in the industry. This work benefited both researcher and the company. On one hand, the researcher could apply the knowledge acquired in a practical manner.
