| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto presentado en este documento, corresponde al diseño de un Plan de Acción que la Central de Abastos de Bucaramanga ejecutará como Plan de Desarrollo 2006- 2012, obtenido a partir de la aplicación de la metodología prospectiva propuesta por Michel Godet. El proyecto se desarrolla en tres fases principales: el análisis situacional de la empresa o caracterización de la dinámica del sistema en estudio, la prospectiva y el plan estratégico de la empresa. La primera se realiza mediante la aplicación de una herramienta diseñada por el Centro de Desarrollo empresarial del BID para determinar el nivel competitivo de la empresa y por otra parte un diagnostico financiero. La fase prospectiva se compone de tres etapas: el análisis estructural de sistema, a través del cual se obtienen los factores clave, es decir los factores que determinan el comportamiento y evolución del sistema estudiado; el análisis de las estrategia de los actores o juego de actores, con el cual se encuentran las convergencias y divergencias de cada uno de estos frente a las opciones estratégicas planteadas inicialmente y las relaciones de fuerza entre ellos. Por último, el análisis morfológico, mediante el cual se analiza las posibles configuraciones de futuro, se determinan los futuros más probables o futuribles y se plantea el futuro deseado. En la fase del plan estratégico, se plantean y describen las acciones necesarias para lograr el futuro deseado, actuar sobre las influencias de los factores clave y las principales alianzas y conflictos entre los actores. Para ello se emplea el modelo diseñado por Norton y Kaplan, los mapas estratégicos. Principalmente, este trabajo permitió, además de planear el futuro de la Central de Abastos de Bucaramanga, generar una reflexión colectiva entre los actores del sistema en torno a la situación actual y futuro de la empresa y de la producción agrícola de la región. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project presented in this document, corresponds to the design of a Plan of Action that the Central de Abastos de Bucaramanga will execute as Plan of Development 2006- 2012, obtained starting from the application of the prospective methodology proposed by Michel Godet. The project is developed in three main phases: the situational analysis of the company or characterization of the dynamics of the system in study, the prospective one and the strategic plan of the company. The first one is carried out by means of the application of a tool designed by the Center of managerial Development of the IDB to determine the competitive level of the company and on the other hand an diagnose financial. The prospective phase is composed of three stages: the structural analysis of system, through which the factors key are obtained, that is to say the factors that determine the behavior and evolution of the studied system; the analysis of the strategy of the actors or actors' game, with which are the convergences and divergences of each one of these in front of the strategic options outlined initially and the relationships of force among them. Lastly, the morphological analysis, by means of which is analyzed the possible future configurations, the most probable futures or futuribles are determined and thinks about the wanted future. In the phase of the strategic plan, they think about and they describe the necessary actions to achieve the wanted future, to act on the influences of the factors key and the main alliances and conflicts among the actors. For it is used it the pattern designed by Norton and Kaplan, the strategic maps. Mainly, this work allowed, besides planning the future of the Central de Abastos de Bucaramanga, to generate a collective reflection among the actors of the system around the current situation and future of the company and of the agricultural production of the region. | |
