dc.description.abstractEste documento se enfoca en la práctica empresarial realizada en la Secretaría de Planeación de la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga, donde se participó en el proceso de control y verificación en el Grupo de Licencias de Intervención y Ocupación del Espacio Público. El objetivo principal fue garantizar que las obras urbanas cumplieran con las normativas técnicas y legales vigentes, contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad y funcionalidad del entorno urbano. Durante esta práctica, se brindó apoyo en actividades como la recopilación de normativas urbanísticas (Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial, Decreto 077 de 2008 y Guía Complementaria del Manual de Espacio Público (MEP) Accesibilidad + Urbanismo Táctico ), la elaboración de informes técnicos para cuantificar áreas intervenidas y recuperadas indicando métodos para recuperar calzadas y franjas de circulación según el tipo de rotura (espina de pescado, paralelo al sardinel), la verificación de documentos (planos, pólizas de garantías) y la supervisión de obras finalizadas, incluyendo la implementación de baldosas táctiles para accesibilidad de personas con discapacidad visual. Esta experiencia no solo permitió adquirir habilidades prácticas en gestión urbana y aplicación de normativas, sino que también destacó la importancia de la articulación interinstitucional y el rigor técnico para prevenir infracciones urbanísticas y promover un desarrollo urbano equilibrado.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document focuses on the professional practice carried out at the Planning Secretariat of the Bucaramanga City Hall, where the process of control and verification in the Public Space Intervention and Occupation Licenses Group was undertaken. The main objective was to ensure that urban projects complied with the current technical and legal regulations, thereby contributing to the sustainability and functionality of the urban environment. During this practice, support was provided in activities such as gathering urban planning regulations (Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial, Decreto 077 de 2008 y Guía Complementaria del Manual de Espacio Público (MEP) Accesibilidad + Urbanismo Táctico); preparing technical reports to quantify intervened and recovered areas, outlining methods for recovering roadways and circulation strips based on the type of disruption (fishbone, parallel to the curb); verifying documents (blueprints, guarantee policies); and supervising completed works, including the installation of tactile tiles to enhance accessibility for visually impaired individuals. This experience not only allowed the acquisition of practical skills in urban management and the application of regulations, but also highlighted the importance of interinstitutional coordination and technical rigor in preventing urban planning violations and promoting balanced urban development.
