dc.description.abstractLa responsabilidad social cooperativa en los últimos años ha tomado gran impulso en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Esta centra su esfuerzo en el desarrollo socio-económico y se convierte en una alternativa para el desarrollo humano, al promover un comportamiento más ético, sostenible y educado, ante la sociedad y el medio ambiente. COOPRESER Ltda., se torna en la pieza fundamental de la siguiente investigación, con el propósito de analizar el efecto que ha producido en la sociedad, al reivindicar el sector solidario y particularmente a las cooperativas de trabajo asociado, que persigue el bienestar de quienes la conforman, al garantizar un empleo digno que contribuya a un desarrollo integral. Además de convertirse en una alternativa para mitigar los efectos negativos ocasionados al medio ambiente, sobre la problemática de la contaminación y el manejo de los residuos sólidos. Este trabajo se enmarcó dentro de la doctrina del cooperativismo y el desarrollo sostenible, con la finalidad de observar las oportunidades de mejora en los ámbitos económico y social, al satisfacer las necesidades y respetar los derechos de las y los asociados, en el corto, mediano y largo plazo, sin dejar atrás la conservación de los recursos naturales, al contribuir positivamente en el sostenimiento de la diversidad ecosistémica en pro de la sociedad en general.
dc.description.abstractenglishLast years, the cooperative social responsibility, has given a major boost in the city of Bucaramanga. It puts its effort into the socio economical development and becomes an alternative to the human development, because it promotes not only a more ethical behavior, but also more sustainable and educated in view of the society and the environment. COOPRESER Ltda., becomes the fundamental piece of this investigation, since it has the purpose to analyze the effect that it has produced on the society. This organization is interested in giving a gesture of solidarity in the area and especially in the cooperative companies of associated wok. Thus, COOPRESER, worries about the well-being of its members and guarantees a decent employment that helps the integral development. Moreover, this company is a good alternative to alleviate the negative effects that damage the environment; for instance the pollution and the solid residuals management. This paper takes into account the doctrine of cooperation and the sustainable development, in the pursuit of watching the opportunities to improve the economic and social fields. For this reason, it satisfies the necessities and respects the members™ rights in short and long terms, without leaving behind the preservation of the resources. In this way, it contributes to support the diversity of the ecosystem in a positive way, which is excellent for the society.
